Location excellent for Trafford centre shopping. Car park was free but desperately needs cleaning. Full of rubbish including 2 smashed windscreens, rats, huge pot holes. Room was good, accessible & clean. Great bed as always. Stay away from free con breakfast deals booked online & premium WiFi. Total con, didn't receive either & were charged for both. Online argument with sales dept was disgraceful & not resolved. Not the fault of hotel though.

Location good for going to Trafford Centre. Hotel is fairly small inside. Room decoration need a bit of updating. Carpets looks a bit dated and old. Fairly clean in general. Car park is probably the best part, lots of spaces. Service could do with more welcoming.

We booked this hotel because me and my friend wanted to visit the Trafford centre and P Louise . The young lady Rochel was very professional during our stay and double checked everything was okay in the room for us she helped us to upgrade to a meal deal what we really enjoyed , food was lovely so we highly appreciate that recommendation. Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and hotel is in a good location . Will definitely be coming back soon .

We stayed in this hotel monday 9th feb - wed 11th feb although the hotel defo needs a facelift the staff were super and a credit to the premier inn Anna at reception was so kind and helpful very friendly to my son and was a great help with info on how we could get around Girl doing breakfast on monday morning sorry did not get her name again great so nice and really helpful These staff by far made our stay and would encourage me to stay again

Came in the restaurant for breakfast. Food freshly cooked when ordered. Good selection of continental food, plenty of teas and various coffees. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

I cannot praise this place enough. We suffered a house fire & stayed here for 10 days. The rooms are great, everything you need. But it was the staff who made it for us. Ryland in the kitchen excelled at breakfast every day, everything cooked to perfection, nothing too much trouble. But Selena in the restaurant was like an angel to us. We were shaken after the fire, my elderly mum particularly. The kindness Selena showed us is so above & beyond, it was as close to being in a homely environment as it could be. She is a special person & a credit to premier inn. A mention for Tom on reception too, he went out of his way to give us rooms together & accommodate us in our hour of need.

可爱的酒店，接待处的小伙子非常乐于助人，但是旅行被一大群澳大利亚青少年足球运动员横冲直撞、敲门等破坏了。由于一些故障，也没有互联网接入。据接待处称，该问题将在几个小时内解决，但第二天早上仍然无法上网。浴室和淋浴间的皂液器也不起作用。幸运的是我们有自己的。不然就好了！
这家酒店是我住过的最差的酒店。房间太热了，我们没有睡觉，我们的朋友也留下来，他们的房间也有同样的问题。我们住的时候是一个典型的秋日，所以外面不是很热，但是当你走进卧室时，你会以为你已经被带到了沙漠中央！当我们到达时，工作人员对我们和我们的孩子很粗鲁。第二天早上，我们等了一个小时才放弃预付早餐，工作人员没有询问我们的食物情况。如果你早上喜欢烤面包，一定要带上自己的烤面包机，因为酒店不工作，或者把面包带到你的房间几秒钟，它就会为你烤得很好。酒店的工作人员似乎并不关心你是否遇到问题，但酒吧区的工作人员很可爱。简而言之，我不会向任何想睡觉并在早上吃早餐的人推荐这家酒店。
我的访问开始了，与一些朋友见面，前台很热情，乐于助人，为我提供了当地便利设施的指导。餐厅非常友好，服务很好，房间非常舒适，非常干净，长途旅行后非常好，所有工作人员都很棒，没有什么太麻烦的😀👍
