I stayed at this hotel evening 25 Feb arriving late evening. In the morning I found I had no hot water in the bathroom. Despite running the hot water tap in the sink for over 10 mins, the water temp stayed cold. Same with the shower. I also found the previous guest's rubbish still in the room bin. When I raised both these issues on checkout, all I got was a business card which proved to have incorrect contact information on it. Clearly PremierInn are not interested in hearing or resolving customer complaints.

I really enjoy coming back here for work puposes and that is through the friendly atmosphere and great customer service . Mark who is behind reception and also serves the food to customers is so friendly and made my stay more enjoyable , Gemma who works behind the bar is also so friendly and bubbly . I absolutely love Gemma's personality , both Mark and Gemma are a credit to your company 🙂🙂

Classic premier inn rooms, our was a twin and pretty big for the price although perhaps a bit basic and boring. Very clean and felt like it had recently been refreshed decor wise. Beds comfy enough. Shower wise water was hot and water pressure good. We were very impressed with Pauline at the breakfast who was so friendly and so nice, she took our requests for very well done bacon in stride. Mark the chef also came over to check in with us and say hello and was very friendly. The food was just as requested and very tasty although I personally would not recommend the mushrooms. The hash browns in particular were delicious. For the price I was satisfied - we come from down south and the northern hospitality was very apparent!

Stayed here on a business trip for 2 nights and had an evening meal and breakfast both days. Unfortunately the staff working this evening were faced with a very difficult shift with many things going wrong and all happening at once, however this was managed to the best of their abilities and the customer service was on point. The team very clearly cared about their customers, but the thing that stood out more for me was how much they cared about their team too. Gem had a lot of patience when supporting Brooke, their new starter, with taking orders and basic duties of the role. Despite being busy and dealing with the tills not working correctly (among other things), she had all the time and patience to support Brooke when needed. She was extremely approachable, friendly and very helpful! The kitchen team were helping clear plates and bring out dishes to support the front of house team, and also motivating Brooke, telling her she was doing a great job - and she was! To say Brooke had only been here for a small amount of time, she did her very best to stay on top of things. She was always on hand and extremely polite and well presented. The food was delicious on all occasions and the restaurant itself was cleaned and maintained very well. The whole team should be proud of the way they handled this evening, and commend themselves on supporting each other. Thank you for a great visit!

宜人的酒店,很容易找到,还有免费停车场——不过请记住在接待处登记您的车牌号!工作人员也令人愉快。房间位于扩建部分,现代而干净。房价合理。酒店外的巴士站提供前往市中心或附近火车站的巴士(步行 25 分钟)。我没有选择早餐。由于没有电梯,略有不便,但如果需要的话,可以使用底楼的房间。
很容易找到、干净、基本、大小合理的住宿。预算/中等价格,拥有四星级酒店的所有舒适设施。 WIFI 是通常的顶级互联网乌龟速度,让人想起过去的拨号上网时代(除非您升级)。过去用过,将来还会再用。
在这家高级旅馆的又一次愉快的住宿。非常舒适的两晚住宿。我们两个早上都吃早餐,都是现点现做的,新鲜、美味,一个可爱的女服务员叫吉恩(Jean)两个早上都帮我们点餐。在餐厅吃了一晚,食物很美味,价格合理,餐厅和酒吧的工作人员非常细心和愉快。接待人员很友好,乐于助人,还要感谢客房服务人员,当我们的小男孩流鼻血时,他们为我们更换了房间里的小男孩单人床上的所有床上用品。对于这里的员工来说,没有什么是太麻烦的。感谢大家让我们住得很愉快。
我的住宿很轻松、非常舒适并且物超所值。我已经在这里住过很多次了,我知道这次住宿将是五星级的,而且价格合理。酒店提供美味的食物,工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。
房间非常干净,设施良好。餐厅的食物很好吃,早餐的选择也很丰富。早餐比我们前一周住的五星级酒店还要好。
