great stay , amazing staff very welcoming. keely on reception was very friendly and couldnt do enough for us .. will defintley be back

Comfortable and clean room, good location, fairly quiet even though the room was on the roadside. Checking in early was great.

I’ve stayed here a few times & it’s well located on the outskirts of Manchester . Sadly on this visit we were given a grubby run down room on the ground floor with peeling paint & stained carpet . Expect a lot of noise through the floors if someone is above you as well . They’ve knocked down what was the restaurant next door & food is via a small cabin by the entrance . Staff are nice but this place really needs a makeover & with the building site next door isn’t the most jolly place to come back to .. I did report this to Premier Inn customer services & they thanked me for my feedback …… So many places to stay in Manchester , you’d be wise to try somewhere else…

We stay in Premier Inns quite regularly, and the room we had during our stay in West Didsbury was particularly tidy and clean. We also found communal areas to be in good order and the staff to be welcoming.
房间超级干净，装修现代，卫生间看起来也很新！虽然离市中心有点距离，但周边环境比较高档，步行约10分钟有一个公交车站，可以直达市中心。酒店外面（仍在酒店范围内）有一个餐车，提供热腾腾的早餐，比如面包卷和煎蛋。
房间相比travelodge会大上不少，且有浴缸。没有空调但有小型风扇。地段不算太好，离周围的便利店餐厅都有一定距离，好在酒店内部有自助贩卖机以及餐厅，但都价格昂贵。总体评价3星半或四星吧
酒店还行，但有点破旧，也不是很干净。位置在迪兹伯里（Didsbury）来说很理想。
告知我们入住的周末酒店有施工，餐厅关闭，但我们可以打包早餐。网站上没有任何关于打包早餐包含哪些内容的信息。我尝试给前台打了四次电话，但无人接听，电话一直响个不停，然后收到一条消息，说“我们的工作人员正在帮助其他客人”。还告知我们由于施工导致停车位有限，但没有告知如果停车场满了，我们可以在哪里停车。如果您要发送电子邮件告知相关人员，至少应该提供比收到的信息更多的信息。我们没有预订早餐，因为这完全取决于我们第二天早上的心情。
如果你受不了热就不要住在这里。我们是 2025 年 6 月初住的。房间里的温度一度达到 30.5 摄氏度，而室外温度为 18 摄氏度。我们一直开着风扇。这太不舒服了，我们尽可能少待在房间里。工作人员知道房间温度的问题。不要想着尝试使用“晚安睡眠”保证，因为房间没有空调，所以这个问题不适用。谁会想到曼彻斯特的酒店房间需要空调？好的一面是，我们也遇到了早餐桌椅很脏以及食物短缺/等待时间长的问题。我们获得了退款。我们还为年迈的父母预订了一间无障碍客房。无障碍客房有漏水，所以他们被安排到另一间不合适的房间，于是又被安排到另一间带步入式淋浴的房间。那间客房更好，但是淋浴间没有扶手。那间客房只有一条毛巾，行动不便的他们不得不去前台要更多毛巾。另外，入住时，他们问我们是否需要在我们入住的两晚期间打扫房间。我们确认需要，把标签留在了门上，但房间从未被打扫/整理过？这价格简直是坑人，两晚每间房391英镑，含早餐？（显然是为了公园生活节涨价了）。我们已经因为无障碍客房的问题获得了退款，但仍然对整个入住过程感到非常委屈，因为我们不得不为父母等人处理这些问题。我们经常来曼彻斯特，但绝不会入住这家普瑞米尔酒店，以后可能也不会再入住普瑞米尔酒店了。
我已经在这家酒店住了很长时间了，一直都过得很愉快，特别是我发现工作人员非常有礼貌、礼貌和专业（无论是酒店还是餐厅）。设施维护良好、干净且交通便利，靠近机场、市中心和曼联体育场。物超所值。
