住了一晚，就在M74高速公路旁，交通很方便。我们的房间还行，就是地板上有酒渍，毛巾杆被扯到外面去了。我们入住的时候，有个客人因为身上有异味，要求换房间。晚上能听到高速公路上的车流声，但我不介意，不过有些人可能不太喜欢。酒店有充足的免费停车位，Preimer Inn酒店附属的Brewers Fayre餐厅的晚餐不错，早餐也不错。

外面的无障碍设施问题，通往酒店的坡道与停车场不平，至少有 2 英寸高，我的轮椅无法向前或向后通过——作为兼职用户，我不得不手动将电动轮椅推上去，并越过落差，这并不容易。然后房间加热器根本无法保持房间温暖，14 蜡是两晚以来最热的，直到他们提供便携式加热器。床很舒服，但奇怪的是，与 Premier Inns 标准房相比，只有双人床。清洁人员很可爱，非常乐于助人，早上从我房间出来时，5-6 扇门都朝不同的方向打开，所有门都朝不同的方向打开。请注意，对于全职轮椅使用者，坡道通道会给我带来同样的问题，通往餐厅的水平坡道确实与酒店通道相连，但当你转弯时，它的台阶会下降，让我们别无选择，只能难以进入。您可能遇到的另一个问题是，浴室不是无障碍淋浴间，而是在一个较低的浴缸上，不过根据您的需要，有很多扶手。

酒店很安静，但位于二楼。不知道他们为什么会这样！浴室边缘有很多污渍，浴缸面板也快要坏了。窗台的密封胶脱落了，我打开窗户时发现里面很脏。加热器上布满了锈迹，下午 5 点后就停止工作了。几乎没有电话信号，所以不得不依赖他们的 WiFi。这里的信号太弱了！付费使用优质 WiFi，但效果并不好。甚至无法通过回看服务播放视频。不得不放弃。电视图像质量也很差。这家酒店就像一个完全黑暗的地方。床很舒服，淋浴很好。不会再住这里了。

We arrived after a very long journey from south of Birmingham and received a really pleasant welcome and excellent check in from Leanne. It made our long journey very worthwhile and it felt really nice to be at a Premier Inn north of the border. Thank you, Leanne.

As always another great stay had by our family. Welcoming friendly staff, comfortable beds and all you can eat breakfast in the morning. Planning our next stay already

Staff good, breakfast very good however the family room was very very poor. Peeling paint, mould in bathroom, worn carpets, sink blocked, someone's clothes thrown out of the window outside!

Always sleep well in a premier inn, beds are comfortable and room is clean which is all you need. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning, staff were great and happy to chat, location is fine but near a bus stop which is handy if you don’t drive, lets you get around without the fuss of a taxi. Good value for money and would happily go back.
