首先要说的是，厨师做事有分寸，食物没问题。但是 14 号的“服务员”，尤其是那个穿着麦肯齐连帽衫的，如果你不想在那里待着，你就得找另一份工作。我在门内站了 5 分钟，让 3 名员工闲聊，我真是无聊透顶，于是走到收银台点菜，却被告知因为我迟到了，需要等 40 分钟。于是我点了菜，坐下，10 分钟后我的汉堡送来了，但额外的食物没有送来。我吃完汉堡时，前面提到的穿着连帽衫的人在餐厅里徘徊，问谁点了什么，尽管她接受了我的订单。做完之后，我不得不要洋葱圈。有一位身材娇小、很可爱、通常都很准时的女士，但今晚的员工简直是笑话。如果不是因为套餐，这个地方就不会存在，因为员工缺乏光彩。

Great location, great breakfast but the room let it down - it had a horrible smell and smelt quite musty. There are other hotels in the area so would look to stay somewhere else next time

Even better than it was previously, following a renovation. Staff excellent as was breakfast. I gave an average score for view of the hotel on arriving simply because there is work going on next door which is surrounded by high fencing. Excellent location for St George's Park, The Marstons Brewery and The Arboretum amongst others.

If this is the new concept for Premier Inn, then it is FANTASTIC. Secure check in. Restaurant is secure and also table service instead of pay per order, as the secure check in provides a slip. Restaurant layout is great. Rooms are Premier Inn quality Staff here were amazing , shout out to Liv, Callem, and Georgie and the fantastic people in the kitchen, I had the 4 minis for £16. Superb.

Rooms clean and had a good nights sleep, Silent night mattress was really comfortable Duty Manager really helpful, checking us in and cooking our evening meal really went above and beyond .. Value was really good and we had the meal deal so that made it so much easier I would stay again and recommend !!

A Seamless Stay for a Family Event I recently stayed here while visiting relatives in Burton and attending a local party. The location was absolutely perfect for this—central enough for easy taxi pick-ups, yet quiet enough to get a proper night’s rest after a late night. It’s so much more relaxing than squeezing into a relative's spare room! Exceptional Staff I have to give a special mention to the team; the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout my stay. Whether it was helping with local directions or ensuring we had everything we needed to get ready for the party, nothing was too much trouble. Their friendly attitude really made us feel welcome and looked after. Convenient On-Site Dining Having the restaurant located right inside the hotel was a huge bonus. It made grabbing a bite to eat before heading out to meet family so simple, and the breakfast the next morning was exactly what I needed after the party. Not having to walk to a separate building for a coffee and a cooked breakfast made the morning much more enjoyable. Local Sightseeing During the trip, we also made the short 15-minute drive to the National Memorial Arboretum. It is a stunning, peaceful place and very easy to access from this hotel. It provided a lovely, reflective balance to a busy weekend of socializing. The Room The room was spotless and well-equipped. There was plenty of space to get ready for the evening’s festivities, and the bed was, as always, incredibly comfortable. Despite being in the center of town, the room was remarkably quiet. Final Verdict: For anyone visiting family or attending an event in Burton, this is the place to stay. Between the superb staff, the convenience of the internal restaurant, and the proximity to local landmarks, it made our trip entirely stress-free. I’ll definitely be booking here again for the next family gathering.

Very poor stay, had booked one night, then needed to extend for a second night. When we checked inn told the way premier inn system worked we had to recheck in the next day for our second night, crazy system. We were asked when we first checked in if we wanted the room cleaned, we said yes. The next day despite asking on 3 separate occasions for our room to be cleaned and twice being given an abrupt response it will be done when we are out of the room( which was nonsense as we had been out most of the day. At one point early afternoon when my wife was in the room on her own , there was a knock on the door then one of the reception staff burst in saying oh sorry forgot you were staying another night, what would have happened if either of us had been in a state of undress or worst . Long and the short of it, room never was cleaned other than another knock on the door and someone handing me a pile of clean towels saying you will need these. So we were left with a pile of dirty towels, room not cleaned or restocked and ran out of toilet paper. Premier inn used to be reasonably priced clean friendly service. Now over priced with substandard service. I for one will definitely be using hotel comparison sites going forward and support smaller independent establishments, in expectation of far better service and probably more cost effective

Check in was easy and the staff were helpful. Good parking I had a room on the third floor. It had no opening windows and the air con unit was really noisy through the night which kept me awake. The room had a very unpleasant fusty unwashed damp clothes smell, which you couldn’t remove as the windows were non opening. Keeping the air con/heating unit on moved the air around but didn’t remove the smell and was really noisy. Overall not a very pleasant stay.
