The hotel is easy to find and park when driving, but a bit out of the way to walk anywhere. The hotel is in need of modernisation and refurbishment. It's the type of hotel where you would prefer not to walk in your bare feet on the sticky carpets. During our two nights, using two rooms, one of the rooms had no heating and the plumbing did not work. The first night, the receptionist came with a portable radiator and the second day another receptionist plunged and unblocked the sink and toilet. The staff at the hotel are a 10 out of 10. They are very friendly and helpful but it is not fair for them to be used as a shield when the company should just invest some money in the infrastructure. The breakfast is no longer a buffet style and you have to ask for what you want- which makes you eat less! Which I suppose could be healthier!

We stayed at Greenock Premier Inn on the 10/11 January. As we were over to watch Greenock Morton play the Premier Inn was very convenient to the ground. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable especially the Bar/Restaurant staff. Our rooms were spacious and spotless and the excellent breakfast made our stay exceptional.We will definitely use the Premier Inn again.

Excellent stay in Greenock Premier, friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable room, hot shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent also. Would definitely stay there again. Brilliant value for money!
在这里住了五晚。房间还不错，但酒店急需翻新。我订了酒店的套餐，头两天还好，但之后就急转直下。早餐是冷的，而且是煎的。最后两晚餐厅里最多也就十个人。我点餐等了半个小时，又等了40分钟才上菜。而且，没错，是冷的，只是个汉堡而已。以后我尽量不住这家酒店了。
酒店位置不错，床也还算舒服，电视也能用，这是仅有的优点。我们付了178英镑住了两晚（含早餐）。早餐时间是早上7:30到11:00。我们9:45下去吃早餐，选择极其有限，苹果汁没了，饮水机坏了，连泡麦片的冷牛奶都没有……只有咖啡机里的温牛奶。我们睡得非常差，因为能听到酒店里的一切动静，走动的时候感觉楼上房间的声音都要从天花板上掉下来了！想洗个澡，结果水温每隔两分钟就莫名其妙地变热。吹风机虽然还能用，但建议自带，因为必须一直按着按钮才能吹。
这是我住过的最差的Premier Inn酒店。我预订的是双人间，结果却被安排了一间双床房，房间状况极差：墙上有污渍，桌子破损，淋浴漏水，浴缸挡板摇摇欲坠，杯子也很脏。工作人员态度极其恶劣，根本不听我说话。这种情况一直持续到我去餐厅吃饭。虽然预订时酒店赠送了30英镑的餐费，但工作人员却告诉我，如果我不选择这个餐费套餐，就吃不到早餐，尽管我预订的房费明明包含早餐。餐厅服务员态度极其恶劣，一点也不热情，还用居高临下的语气跟我说话，好像我是第一次出门似的。为了避免尴尬，我最终还是接受了这个餐费套餐，结果到现在我的甜点还没上。我强烈建议大家不要入住这家破酒店，Premier Inn应该为自己让这家酒店变得如此糟糕而感到羞耻。
这家酒店破败不堪，墙上的油漆都剥落了。一晚150英镑，所谓的免费WiFi简直是垃圾。想用WiFi还得额外付5英镑，然后还得报销才能上网工作。真奇怪他们居然不额外收电费和水费，烧水壶烧水也要额外收费50便士！
在继续北行之前，我们在这里住了一晚。 好消息是：酒店设有停车场，位置优越（距离市中心较远），房间坚固（且不脏）。入住过程愉快又有趣。 现在说说批评的要点： - 从（唯一的）入口到房间的路程真是一段艰难的旅程。这家酒店非常复杂。 - 有多个紧急出口，并且（可以理解）装有警报。这种不方便的出口可能诱使有人在夜间使用紧急出口，这就是警报响起并持续 15 分钟的原因。 - 早餐太糟糕了。一切都摆放得很随意，产品似乎更注重“便宜而质量”，羊角面包尝起来有霉味，煎蛋油腻腻的，香肠味道很奇怪，咖啡很淡，烤面包机要花很长时间，尽管顾客不多，但人们都在排队。 - 整个酒店的内部，尤其是餐厅，看起来破旧不堪，几年前就已经失去用途了。
房间宽敞干净。一个非常好的床垫。交通便利，有充足的停车位。早餐单调，三明治的质量很差。早餐的性价比不平衡。
