All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for a quick one night stay. Second stay here and was another great experience.

Apologies for this late review it has been rather hectic with my move from our Leeds Branch to our Leicester Branch. A huge thanks to an amazing Team and an even more amazing Manager, Lianne for making my 2 week stay homely and enjoyable. I enjoyed the chats shared with both Lianne and her Team, it made me feel like I was part of the Team. The goodies were a lovely thought which just proves that Hotels are not just a bedroom there is far more to a Hotel when you stay at this lovely one in Wakefield. Thank you Love Barbara xx

The walls were very thin and it was not well insulated so you could hear everything from next door, no new towels provided and the room was not cleaned during my stay for some reason I have stayed in other Premier Inns before but this was the worst, night staff were not there and I was left outside in the cold for hours waiting for someone to let me in. I would not recommend.

I had an excellent experience at this hotel, I stayed here for 2 weeks whilst on a work course. The staff at reception always welcomed me with a smile especially Teresa who went the extra mile to ensure that my stay at premier inn was brilliant start to finish. One of the nights I lost my iPad and Jane on reception was very helpful is asking around if anyone has seen it. I can’t fault the staff at all! The rooms were clean and tidy on arrival however my room in the first week smelt like someone had urinated in the room. However other then this my room was clean and tidy and fresh towels were provided by reception when needed.

My dog had too have an emergency operation at the nearby pet hospital. Natasha and the reception team could not have been kinder and allowed me to keep booking extra nights. The girls at the nearby Brewers fair were also brilliant allowing me to sit in the lounge area all morning. (Manager in the evenings not so helpful but girls brilliant)

Hotel was clean and comfortable.The food served for the dinner in the Brewers Fayre was poor - mushy peas were dry pasty and Luke warm, chips were limp and the batter on the fish was not crisp. The starter was of similar quality. Breakfast was late. However the staff were pleasant and communicative. It's well worth staying at the hotel and there is a good choice of alternative eateries in easy walking distance.

韦克菲尔德周末 - 一路顺风 Danni 和 Lara 在酒店和停车场对面的 Rhubarb 酒吧和餐厅度过时光。工作人员真的很乐于助人和乐于助人。一点都不麻烦。谢谢 ：-）
