My daughter and I stayed here and were pleased with our time there . Facilities were good , we were surprised that we had to go to the next door pub for our meals but it was pleasant in there and a reasonable selection. Diane on reception in the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful and an asset to the hotel.

Simple but effective, location is very handy for the local Wyboston Lakes and the A1 which is a must for getting away sharpish. Friendly and welcoming staff who are always ready to help. No issues and the adjoining pub/restaurant food was okay and prices good.

After a three-hour drive and arriving just after midnight, I was greeted by the genuinely welcoming smile of Diane. She went out of her way to help and made sure I was able to get a room, which I was incredibly grateful for at that hour. Her kindness and professionalism turned a potentially stressful arrival into a really positive experience. I can’t thank her enough.
