I arrived at Premier inn Hagley and was greeted by the lovely Dab she couldn't do enough to help such a lovely person. Lovely hotel lovely food had a great stay definitely be coming back.

Great hotel, amazing comfy bed. The entrance isn't very welcoming, maybe due to the lack of signage. Great that it has a beefeater across the way which was amazing. The rooms always have everything that is key.

Although the room itself was fine, the heating was not working. I was later given a portable heater, but it barely warmed the room and was not an acceptable substitute. Despite booking well in advance on 19 January, I was told I could not be moved to another room. The lack of effort to resolve the issue made me feel that my concerns were dismissed. For a hotel that advertises comfort and reliability, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope Premier Inn improves room checks and customer care so future guests don’t face the same issues. ---

I arrive after a 5 hour drive to find out that it's cash transactions only... who carries cash on them these days and why didn't they let guests know before they arrive??? I decided to pay for two Meal Deals even though I don't usually have breakfast. I was looking forward to a Sunday roast only to then be told it's not an option to have with the Meal Deal. By now I'm frustrated, stressed and angry! In addition the room heating system is rubbish and always turns itself off then the room always gets freezing (it’s like that in most of their hotels). Thanks P Inn for an awful stay, needless to say I won't be staying at this location ever again, awful in every way possible. I stay in PI a lot with my work and I have noticed an overall decline in their hotels customer service and food offerings, they always seem understaffed and most staff come across like they don’t want to be there. Considering the prices they charge this does not represent the value that P Inn used to provide, a shame really as customers will allow their feet to do the talking and spend their well earned cash elsewhere… get your act together Premier Inn before another company suffers!

Not stayed in premier inn for a very long time and I am not going to stay again for another very very very but very long time as it is just getting worse Reception ok - but asked me if I know what a meal deal is?!!? Really ? Room ok but dated, hair in the bath tub, grubby thank god I only had to stay for a night only Beefeater part of it - you gonna tell me it has nothing to do with the hotel which we know is not true- all was a failure : waited 30 min to place the order (x3) , Hayley - poor or 0 customer service and the other one at the bar - only cash accepted and luckily we had corporate booking with the meal allowance included - otherwise no food in the middle of nowhere ! Don’t waste your money- go somewhere else !

Room lovely and cosy however all credit goes to Debbie the lady who checked me in. She was fantastic and really really helpful. She has a great attitude and a lovely warm welcoming towards me which is very rare.

Couldn’t even book a family room on the website. Unclear and difficult to use. Will stay elsewhere. Frankly pathetic for such a large chain of hotels.
