The bedroom needs updating with tears in the carpet and walls need some paint, the bathroom was grubby with paint peeling off the walls & cabinets, wall were grubby

Booking Beware! I booked this hotel so it was a little closer to the airport for us before travelling. Whole family awoken at 4am to the restaurant alarm going off in the connecting building next door, this went on for over 20min. Hotel refusing the good night sleep guarantee! Also, the car park was filthy, with food waste and rubbish scattered all over! Disgusting, wouldn’t stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip and was kindly offered a complimentary early check in by the manager, Christine, who was very welcoming and professional. All the were extremely throughout my stay, the following morning, I had breakfast and was served by who was amazing and helped me with everything I needed. top marks to all the staff they definitely do a great job

We use this premier inn alot. We never have any issues. Clean rooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff are attentive. Always make us feel welcomed

Wonderful stay at Premier Inn Bellshill! I had an excellent experience at Premier Inn Bellshill from start to finish. The check-in was friendly and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond with helpful local tips and a warm welcome. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable — the bed was super cosy and perfect for resting after a long day of travel. Breakfast was delicious with a great choice of hot and cold options, and everything was well-stocked and fresh. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location is ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to local amenities and transport links. Overall, fantastic value, excellent service, and a very comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommended.

Arrived Friday Evening room was OK went for breakfast next morning it was served up cold so we couldn't eat it. Went out for the day visiting family arrived back at 7.15 went to the bar and restaurant for food and drink was told restaurant was closed and bar was closing at 7.45 I felt this was unacceptable as on the door it said bar was open until 10pm so we couldn't get anything so we had to get a taxi back into Bellshill to get a meal. The manager was very rude when I asked her why they was closing early to be told I have been here since 6am and they had no staff. I find this totally unacceptable that we couldn't get a meal and no drink after 7.45. Will never return to this hotel so beware especially if you have children
