Obviously don't follow their own guarantees, someone was stomping around upstairs all night since 2am making tons of noise and the only thing they tell me at reception is "if it was still happening I'd be able to do something", I told her it was literally still going on, and her response was "If you'd let the night staff know this was happening I would be able to do something". .. right so which is it then? So it wouldn't have mattered either way? I didn't even know this was a thing until this morning after looking it up, I don't stay in hotels often. Won't be coming back.

An excellent stay from the size of the room, friendliness of staff, ample parking and the food in the beefeater was top notch, the breakfast was delicious everything you could possibly want and more, from fresh fruit to cereal, pastries and a full well cooked breakfast, everything tasty and fresh.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. We found it clean, comfortable and with everything we needed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here regularly with work and wanted to say thank you for having past few months and always accomodating my favorite room 123. a nice big spacious room, always clean and always quiet.

Stay here for two week course? Rooms okay;bath rooms and windows need upgrading. Windows weren’t great;inner ones were the slider ones which didn’t keep the cold out… Bath room well,need a paint need toilet rolls not a tissues box on the wall? 😆 Heating was a massive air con unit one the wall 🤔 …

Bed was very comfortable and clean as always, found it very easy to fall asleep as it is generally very quiet at this hotel. Seems like they were working on the wifi finally which is much appreciated as a returning guest at this hotel! Something that is always great is that the staff always ensures that we have extra towels and drinking glasses already in the room before our arrival which i appreciate a lot as its something I usually require when staying at a hotel. Overall always good to be in such a quiet area of lincoln which isnt too far from the centre. Only suggestion is that the hotel communal areas require a refurb some day but ofcourse that cannot be done overnight.

Enjoyed my stay. Friendly staff, Gemma on reception was lovely, efficient and knowledgeable. Room was clean and I liked the location of the hotel.

Cosy and cleaned room, polite receptionist and nice breakfast. Quiet place close to city centre, we had also a nice meal in the beefeater restaurant
