As always, it’s the staff that make this stay enjoyable. Cant do enough for you. Been coming down for the rugby every year since 2000, always stay here.

The staff here were amazing and so friendly, particularly the lady at reception. Rooms clean, tidy and comfortable. The cooked to order breakfast was outstanding. Ample parking too. Great stay and superb value for money. Will be back when working in the area again

Lovely warm welcome!! Bedroom clean, well positioned plugs, mirrors, coat hooks, which we needed as soaked on arrival, shower fabulous. Little touches such as help yourself top up of tea bags etc really thoughtful, saves going cap in hand, please miss, can I have some more. Carvery next door v good value

A warm welcome, comfortable room, free parking and a pub restaurant on site. Breakfast in the Premier Inn breakfast room was very good, best I've had in ages.

Visiting a relative in the local hospital, we stayed overnight at the Premier Inn, Caerphilly, (Corbetts Lane). We arrived early evening in torrential rain, and very tired. The receptionist, Vicky, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful which was very much appreciated . We would not hesitate to recommend this Inn which was warm, clean, with everything we needed in the room. We had the full breakfast the following morning, and it was tasty, with a choice of items and how much of each you wanted.

As a regular user of Premier Inns, I have become increasingly concerned at the decline in kits standards. This hotel looked tired - they had not set up rooms for 21st century media requirements. The free internet access was very weak in our room. Only one bath towel and one hand towel in the bathroom for 2 people. The breakfast was of a poorer standard than I had normally expected at a Premier Inn. For the first time in many years I will be looking at other hotels for overnight stays. Come on Whitbread - wake up, Your profits are large enough to enhance your provision for your customers without increasing the prices.

Great value for money, lovely breakfast the next day. What prompted me to write a review was actually the service we received from Leanne on reception. She was great from the start, sourcing us a cot at last minute and just being a genuinely lovely lady. She was so engaging with my little boy (age 2). He lit up when he saw her at breakfast the next day, very excited to tell her what he’d eaten. I hope she knows how lovely she made our stay, thank you!
