nice stay, clean room even is the hotel needs a refurb as the public area are a little tired, the staff was super friendly and always ready to help. Parking was free. The only minus was the restaurant, the food was not so grate and breakfast was cold.

Disappointing stay. We have stayed in several Premier Inn locations and never really had any complaints. We ate our evening meal at the on site restaurant on the first night of our stay. Upon being seated at the table we had to ask for it to be cleaned because it was so sticky but after being wiped it wasn't really any better. When the food came out the child's portion of fish bites and chips was raw. We took it back, was given a replacement but no apology or refund. Then we headed to bed to find that one of the pillows was filthy I took it to reception and was brought a replacement which was better but still not clean. First time I've ever had dirty bedding in a premium inn. In the morning I was the first to take a shower but the hot water didn't come though for absolutely ages so long that I ended up taking a cold shower luckily by the end of my shower it had started to warm up. The breakfast was good but the fresh fruit extremely poor quality and the bananas inedible. The breakfast and reception staff polite and friendly. Parking good and free. Location good.
