We spent 2 nights wiaiting cardiff last week and staid at Premier Inn South. The staff were fantastic and the room was spotlessly clean. The place could use a refurbishment, but even so we enjoyed our stay.

For a budget hotel, the overall quality of service truly exceeded my expectations. Everything felt well managed and thoughtfully arranged to ensure guests have a pleasant stay. I was also very happy with both breakfast and dinner. The food was fresh, well prepared and offered good variety. The free parking was a great convenience, and the complimentary WiFi worked reliably during my stay. Overall, I was very impressed and would happily stay here again. A well-deserved 5-star experience.

I stayed here for a few nights and had a really comfortable, hassle-free experience. The hotel is in a quiet location with easy access to the city centre, which made getting around Cardiff simple. There’s plenty of parking, which was very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, and everything worked as expected. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall, great value for money and a solid, reliable place to stay. I’d happily book here again.
