我最近在这家糟糕的酒店住过，我可以坦白地说这是我在酒店住过的最差的一次。房间陈旧、肮脏、热得让人无法忍受。厕所里有尿渍，淋浴间里满是头发。即使对于一家高级酒店来说，房间也非常陈旧。然后，半夜时分，我们听到走廊上有人在大声喧哗，然后有人敲门。第二天我和前台谈了谈，他们给了我一张卡片，让我联系工作人员，了解晚安睡眠保证。但是，我不符合条件，因为在凌晨 3 点左右敲门时我没有通知前台。我解释说我没有这样做是因为我担心自己的安全，尤其是我带着孩子。然后情况变得更糟。早餐太糟糕了。等了一个半小时才收到一份冷早餐，甚至不是我点的。我们在预订时还被告知早餐是无限量的，但当我们到达时，我们被告知每种食物只能吃 2 份。此外，Beefeater 的客户服务令人非常担忧。我住过许多 Premier Inn 酒店，但经历了这次可怕的经历后，我再也不会住在这里了。帮自己一个忙，预订其他地方的酒店吧。
Great hotel just down the road from Penny Hill Park where we had our work party. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was great and clean and had everything you need for a well deserved break and stay

Very warm friendly welcome at a bright and clean reception area but sadly the rest of the facilty is very tired and in need of a total refurb inside and out. The food was overall very disappointing (as an example the bread and butter pudding was a few pieces of bread floating in custard with a bit of crumbled chocolate flake! Nothing like the picture on the menu). Breakfast - the mixed grill was inedible it smelt and tasted as if it had been cooked in old cooking oil. I felt nauseous trying to eat it and had to give up. Possibly the worst mixed grilled breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was clean but ‘tired’, bathroom lacked good ventilation and consequently the whole room felt and smelled a little damp and dank. I don’t often go to the trouble of writing reviews on places I stay but I feel obliged to do so on this occasion. I did feedback to the receptionist and I completed the Premier Inn survey. Sorry but I have to be honest for the sake of future travellers. In total contrast the Premier Inn Dartford near Bluewater the next night was clean, fresh, lovely room. Breakfast was edible. Didn’t have evening meal.

我再也不会去这家酒店了，我宁愿睡在车里！他们把我安排在一间残疾人专用房间，非常不舒服。一切都很糟糕。听起来好像上面还住着一群大象！工作人员很不友好，一点也不灵活！太粗鲁了！
