The room was boiling was boiling hot even with fan in room as air con doesn’t work properly i went down to reception to ask to turn temperature down but just explained how to use thermostat and temperature DID NOT change.The wifi in the rooms is terrible as i have ultimate and had one bar and no signal either.

An excellent stay in a spacious room with comfy bed. We stay here every Christmas Eve as we are guaranteed a delicious evening meal and a well cooked breakfast.

I would have rated the hotel 5 but the pillows let it down (think sleeping with your head on a brick). Luckily the spare pillow was soft and squishy. The room was very comfortable and clean and of course other aspects if the bed were fine.
