Stayed at Premier Inn Rugeley recently and had a really comfortable experience. The room was clean, modern and exactly what you expect from Premier Inn – super comfy bed, spotless bathroom and everything stocked up properly. It was nice and quiet at night too, which made for a great sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and nothing felt like too much trouble. Parking was easy and the location is convenient if you’re visiting the area. Overall, great value for money and a reliable stay. Would definitely book again if I’m in Rugeley.

We stayed with our daughter whilst we visited family. Every staff member was excellent from start to finish! Such a friendly hotel, everyone always had a smile on their face! Check in was quick and efficient and our room was lovely. Exceptionally clean, and had everything we needed. The receptionist was helpful when we asked what was in the local area and gave us recommendations of what we could do with our 2 year old. We will definitively stay again!
