The room was good. Just as we would expect. The breakfast was 10/10 in the lovely little breakfast room. Nothing is too much trouble for Paula, the chef, along with Maiyam and Emily. They were all so lovely. Thank you

Went for breakfast with the family we were greeted by Jayne Will and Pic from reception and food area what amazing staff they couldn’t do enough will definitely be coming back great job guys

Just been to the Premier Inn Stafford to meet up with family and enjoy a breakfast .The food was lovely nice and hot the service from start to finish was first class would definitely use this Premier Inn again well done to Jayne, Will, and pk .

Jayne in the restaurant was a really happy person, intentive to everyone's needs. The chef Will was happy in his work and produced food for everyone's liking. PK on reception was very polite & greeted everyone with a smile & was very helpful. All three people are a credit to your company

Visited Wednesday 25th February and were greeted by Pnk were made to feel very welcome. In the restaurant Jayne and Paula were extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble and made us feel at home. Service is second to none would recommend 100% as it is the best breakfast in Stafford will definitely be back.

Rooms quiet and very comfortable, issue with dirty crockery and cutlery left behind. Restaurant attached to hotel was appalling. Booked a table for 8:00 and when we arrived we were informed of a one hour wait for food!!! Why take the booking ??

A lovely hotel with polite and friendly staff. A comfortable, large room. Breakfast was hot and well cooked. The only points bringing down the rating is the pillows and lack of biscuits.
