Lovely hotel in lovely surroundings. My room was very clean as was not the bathroom & the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good value for money with lots of choice.

Stayed for one night on Saturday 13th December and had a terrible night with very little sleep due to constant banging from above. It started at 3am and was still happening when we left at 9am. Informed the manager who came to our room, heard the noise and advised that we would receive a refund if we contacted customer services. She said that she would make a note on our booking to facilitate this. When we contacted them, we were informed that we did not qualify for a refund as it was not reported immediately. We were aware that the hotel was full and the manager was not able to identify the source of the noise as there was no room directly above. Also as it started at 3am it seemed reasonable to assume that it would be short-lived and we did not want to get dressed and walk to reception. The manager assured us that we qualified for a refund when we reported it. Sara on the Customer Service Line was dismissive and unhelpful to the point of being outright rude and said that what the manager had told us was incorrect and we did not qualify due to not reporting the issue at 3am. The "Good Night Guarantee" is a con and Premier Inn will do anything to avoid paying out even if their staff have seen or heard the problem. I use Premier Inn frequently for leisure and business but will not be booking in the future.

The usual good quality room but the staff were inexperienced, gauche and untrained to deal with reception and the restaurant. Service was chaotic and depressing. The meal too forty minutes to arrive and others were similarly inconvenienced.

Breakfast only, restaurant was busy and the staff could clearly not cope and seemed stressed. I had a party of 8 and asked to sit in the bar/ waiting area so we could sit together as we have seen this done before but told no as they were busy, what is the difference in sitting there or 2 separate tables in the restaurant as we did. Clearly couldn't cope under pressure and not very helpful. I suggest customer service and organizational skills need to be readressed to get through busy periods.

Brilliant location for the shops and garden , it was VERY busy and it was difficult to park because the car park is open to be used by shoppers rather than being dedicated to hotel use The staff were not very friendly or welcoming, check in very robotic with no “ chat” at all. The room was as expected, really nice walk in shower and the table & 2 chairs was nice. Restaurant service not much better and food was ok , I had the exact meal I had last weekend in another premier inn and the presentation/ quality was nowhere near as good Breakfast was a little chaotic but more staff were needed The lady hoovering the corridor Sunday morning was the only friendly/ pleasant member of staff we met

We booked this Premier Inn due to its location as we were in Trentham to "do" the evening light trail in Trentham Gardens, a 3 minute walk from the Premier Inn. We booked 3 deluxe rooms for 4th December back in August for a great price. We were not disappointed. Everything about this experience was great hence my five star review. The hotel had a meal deal on offer, 2 course evening meal and breakfast (buffet all you can eat) for £26.99. On the evening, one of our party was unwell and could not have their evening meal. The female staff member on reception (sadly i did not get her name) immediately a refund of the cost of that evening meal for which we were very grateful and very impressed with the customer service. We all agreed that we want to do it all again next year and will not hesitate to book this Premier Inn again. The light trail was amazing and well worth the trip and we will all be doing that again next year. In addition, Trentham shopping village is a 3 minute stroll from the Premier Inn for browsing/shopping/eating/drinking. The whole experience was excellent. Rooms, location, food, bar, restaurant, customer service and staff, all excellent. Special mention to the young lady greeting and seating breakfast guests on 5th December for her warm smile and welcome, that applies to every staff member.

客户服务简直糟糕透顶。好不容易在接待员费心服务我之后才办理了入住。她根本懒得看我,宁愿和前台后面的同事聊天,偶尔说几句“签个名”、“车辆登记”之类的。我的房间钥匙被扔在桌子上。我摸索着电梯和房间的位置,因为她正忙着告诉同事她腿冷,然后继续聊天。很多人抱怨说等了很久才拿到饮料,大多数人都去别处了。有时候运气就是这么差——去吃晚饭,还是同一个人给我服务!点了一杯饮料,一直没送来,说了三次才送来。服务员在厨房,一直没出现,所以也没人点餐。终于有人出现了,问我“您点餐了吗?”显然我还没点。我点了餐。等了一会儿,服务员递上两份打印好的订单,然后问我“哪个是您的?”。我住过很多酒店,从来没有被问过这个问题。就在我打字的时候,好消息来了!我的饮料刚刚上来。哇哦,不太好的消息是,它竟然一句话都没说就被推到了桌子上。我迫不及待地想看看我的主菜到底会不会上来,如果上了,会怎么上,我猜我得去接一下了。玩笑归玩笑,这家酒店的客户服务真是糟糕透顶。我知道Premier Inn是一家大型酒店,预订也很困难,所以不会在意差评,但未来这个价位的酒店竞争会更加激烈,如果Premier Inn认为这种水平的客户服务可以接受,那么他们的顾客可能早就去别家了。我还想指出,这是我第二次住在这里,也是第一次遇到客户服务如此糟糕的情况。太差了。碰巧附近唯一一个可以临时预订的地方,所以这次预订了。我不会再犯第三次错误了。也许聘请一位有能力的经理来招聘合适的员工是一个不错的选择。谢谢
