After check in we discovered a stopped up toilet from a prior guest. We were told there was no maintenance n staff and we could pick up a plunger at the front desk if we needed to do so. What!? Yuck. Proof the room was not properly cleaned prior to our check in that night. No thank you Hilton. A lot of money to pay for two rooms to get that type of service

We were greeted by a friendly professional young lady who attended to us right away. She was courteous and very efficient so our check-in was done in under five minutes. She provided directions to the room, breakfast information and check out time. All the information we needed for the stay.

Unfortunately the pool and fitness room was closed this weekend. With a hotel of young kids in town for a dance competition, they didn’t have options to expel their energy.

Pool was closed should have been noted prior and received no reduction in room rate. Key cards did not work and staff made statement they figured it would not work but sent us to the room with the card anyway so had to go up and down each time till the last time on the 3rd day then only because I stopped at desk on way to room

Was in room 227 and all night long there was a 15-20 second-long metal grinding type of sound, every four or five minutes, at first, we thought it was the elevator, then something in the maintenance room that was two doors down. It was tough to get to sleep. Other than that, and the pool being down, nice staff and facility.

They could do better

Pool and fitness center closed due to some type of issue. Bathroom tub drain full of hair and wouldn’t drain. Took shower standing in water. Yuck !! Also shower head dirty and not spraying water ( cleaned that myself) and no shampoo. Bottle there but empty!

Booked and paid for 2 rooms with 2 queen beds but 1 of the rooms they only gave us 1 king bed. Hotel said that's all they had available and nothing they could do. Said it wasn't their problem because i booked through 3rd party. I'll think twice about booking with Hilton again.
