Gousekeeping needs improvement

Front desk staff was very efficient and polite. Thehousekeeping was not so great. I did not get fresh towels or trash removal until day 4 of my 5 days stay. It was clearly posted that those services would occur every other day. Unfortunately that was not the case

I’ve stayed at a few hotels in Cincinnati, but none compare—and after this recent trip, I’m convinced this place is in a league of its own. I don’t even look elsewhere anymore. Every time I’m in town, I book here without hesitation because I know it’ll be a great stay.

But this trip? By far the best I’ve ever had. The staff made it unforgettable. Everyone was so fun, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to be around—we didn’t even want to leave the hotel to explore. The people here were the experience. We came for a weekend business trip as usual, but it felt more like a weekend with friends.

The weekend staff was welcoming from the jump, the rooms were spotless, and the whole environment had that perfect mix of laid-back and cared-for. Breakfast is the only meal they serve, but it’s fire. Always fresh and done right. The kind of breakfast you actually look forward to.

The bartender? Top-tier. Great energy, made the evenings feel cozy and social in the best way. And major props to Manager Michael—whatever he’s doing behind the scenes, it’s working. You can tell there’s strong leadership and pride in this place.

This hotel has officially become our home base in Cincy. And honestly? We didn’t want to leave. Already counting down until next time.

The hotel needs repairs. Room was nice, but handicapped shower leaked all over the floor. And I mean all over.

The following things were broken, pool, exterior exit door at end of hallway, and coffee machine in lobby.

Staff was great.

Parking fee charged at check out . Hair on the shower floor . Doesn’t accept cash , breakfast was not included . But the bartender does accept cash tips . Cheaper rooms in surrounding properties with breakfast included . If you’re paying 225 dollars at least include breakfast and have the shower clear of someone elses short and curly hairs .

The hotel had easy outdoor parking but we had to pay for it! Just add it into the cost of the room as this addition was a little annoying.

The room was clean .. the bed was comfy .. the bath was well stocked with towels.

The location isn't good for walking to dine..so you pretty much have to have a car so you have to pay to park there.

They have a breakfast but that isn't included and we didn't try it.

My room had a smell to it. Facility seems older based on wear and tear in the room. It was clean. No bugs. Charges for breakfast which isn’t great. The man who checked me in was a little condescending which didn’t set the tone for this stay. All in all it was ok.

Our particular room (219) was next to the elevator. It was a bit noisy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was ok but nothing special. $13 is pricey for for the offering.

Naomi at the front desk was the best part of our stay! She was very helpful from the moment we arrived!! From dinner recommendations, directions and sharing her favorite local spots. She always greeted us with a smile :)
