酒店回复: I recall your recent visit and I remember that you were unhappy that we did not serve a breakfast buffet, but I do not recall any other complaints. Your comments are simply not true and very misleading. We did serve a breakfast buffet pre-covid, but started serving directly to the table during covid and most guests prefer it that way, so we have continued. The food that was served plated was the exact same entree selections that would have been on a buffet, had we done it that way. You are still permitted to ask for more and we are happy to serve it. Our breakfasts always include a homemade pastry dish, an egg dish, fresh fruit salad, ham or sausage, a selection of breads for toasting, cereals, coffee , teas, juice. We get a lot of reviews which mention how delicious the breakfasts are.I'm sorry you did not agree. To say that our B and B is messy, dirty or in a bad area is simply not true. I am not sure why you chose to leave these comments, but I hope other guests will rely on the more accurate portrayals from other past guests.
酒店回复: Thank you for taking the time to review the Casa Coquina. I am glad there were many things you liked and enjoyed at the Casa, but I am sorry you were not entirely satisfied. We will check the bed in your suite. Most of our mattresses are very firm, but some a bit softer to match the variety of guest tastes. Had we known, while you were here, we could have moved you to another suite. All of our TV's are 27" or larger. The one in your suite is 32". Our gardens are a profusion of native plants and cultivated flowers. Both the grounds and the decor are much loved by most guests. I wish you happy travels in the future
