酒店回复: Merci beaucoup for the wonderful review! We enjoyed having you stay at the Casa and we are so glad you enjoyed the breakfast and the suite. And how cool that you guys got to see a dolphin! We hope to see you visit again in the future.
Crystal, Rick, and Vicki did everything to make you feel welcome and appreciated. The Happy Hour room with them, and the guests was a blast. made it feel like family. Watching a Rocket Luanch, directly across the Bay from from Nasa. was pretty special. The home made Breakfasts were great. Fresh fruit and home made meals.. Just Cant beat it. Better than any Hotel. Even offer a shuttle to the cruise ship, another extra

We had a great weekend stay at the Casa. It's an older building, with a quirky decor but so much fun to explore. Even though our room was on the first floor, it was quiet. We enjoyed the coffee bar right outside of our room and breakfast was amazing. Don't be afraid to make breakfast request as they will accommodate if they can. We traveled with 2 furbabies and the Casa welcomed them with open arms. Kennedy Space Center launch pads are directly east of the Casa and there is a beautiful 2nd floor porch set up to view the launches unobstructed. We highly recommend the Casa.

You cannot ask for a better place to stay. The Inn is so cozy and the staff are more than accommodating. They make you feel like you are staying at a family home. There are only 8 rooms and during the "happy hour" we sat around and chatted with the other guests. It was like a party!! We had a yummy breakfast that was prepared by Anat. She asked us if we had any dietary restrictions. That was so nice of her. We loved the eclectic decor, reminded my husband of the house that he grew up,. There is a great history attached to the Inn and it was fun to read about it. The view is phenomenal and we were so hoping to get to see a shuttle launch. The upper deck looks directly across the bay to the launch area. We stayed here overnight for a cruise and the folks that run the shuttle service to and from the ship used to actually own the Inn. They are amazing people and we are actually hoping to go on a cruise with them someday. They just seemed like old friends. We were able to leave our car there for the week which was one of the original selling points to stay here. The bed was so comfortable and had the softest sheets I have ever slept on. The room had everything you could possibly need. We will most definitely be staying here again. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

We stayed here two nights while visiting the Kennedy Space Center and thoroughly enjoyed the place. Where to start? The eclectic and interesting decor throughout the building meant that there was always something new to look at? The large, well-furnished room? The library (perfect place for someone who wakes up early or goes to bed late to work or relax)? The 2nd floor deck offering an unobstructed view of a launch from Cape Canaveral (At 5 in the morning, the show was spectacular.)? The delicious breakfasts? The fun and funky garden that my daughter enjoyed playing and searching for lizards in? Or the super-helpful and friendly staff? One of the best B&B experiences that we've had in the US or Europe. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the Titusville area and doubly so to any space nerds who want a place where they can mosey out to a viewing platform in their PJs and then head back to bed.

This is the best choice for travelers who want to watch a space launch or simply escape to visit the Space Center or embark on a nighttime kayaking trip. It is also perfect for those who love the charm and character of old buildings. The family that runs this B&B is wonderful and makes you feel at home from the first minute you arrive. Coffee is plentiful, and if you want to bring your K-cups, there are several machines available for use. The mattress was unbelievably comfortable. You will sleep well at this B&B. Breakfast is freshly cooked and different every morning. Both mornings, the breakfasts were delicious. Before our arrival, the hostess called to ask if we had any dietary restrictions. I thought this was very thoughtful. It is a neat place and I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed in the Diamond Suite. Third time staying at this B&B, but first time this room. Good things: breakfast was tasty and homemade, lots of options. Location is awesome. Fairly quiet neighborhood. Lots of good extras like beach gear, extra ice, and hot tub. Balcony access was nice and saw a rocket launch from inside the room. Not so good things: Diamond suite was in bad repair. Bathroom advertised with jacuzzi tub, which did not work. Very low water pressure, can barely take a shower. Tub took 30-40 minutes to fill. Dead bugs on the floor on arrival. Bed was very firm memory foam mattress, like sleeping on sand. Ac units very loud. Furniture is worn out. Overall, for the price, not a bad value considering all the good things.

酒店回复: Hi Jonathan, We are so happy that there were so many things that you enjoyed about your recent stay at the Casa Coquina. And we very much appreciate that you have returned three times. I do want to address your concerns! The Diamond Suite jacuzzi does work! Unfortunately, our staff member did not properly inform you of the operation procedure, and for this we apologize. The Diamond jacuzzi has an on button on the tub itself as well as a wall switch. Both have to be activated to operate the Jacuzzi. I am sorry you were not informed at check-in in and if you call us before your next stay, we will do what we can to rectify this! I do wish you had immediately informed us if you found any dead bugs in your suite. We do have a good spray program to prevent bugs. We are in Florida and have to be very vigilant! However, it is possible for a bug to cross the poison barrier before dying. I am very sorry if that happened to you. We check each suite daily and should not have missed that! The AC unit in the Diamond is brand new and quiet. Most of our guests prefer window units as they have complete control over temperature. We have checked the Diamond units, and they are not abnormally loud. The bed does have a firm mattress, but not unusually so. Guests have very individual preferences on mattress firmness. But if you are staying with us and experience any discomfort, please let us know immediately. We would try to accommodate with a different suite if need be! Comfort and guest satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We look forward to your next visit .

We had a reunion of friends over the weekend and stayed at the Casa. The room suite was lovely, well appointed with plenty of space for relaxing, snoozing or reading. Very clean. Happy hour was fun downstairs and the deck on the 2nd floor was great for some conversation time and reminiscing. Breakfast was delicious, made fresh and served with a wonderful smile. Staff was friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We made tentative plans to get together in the Fall and add another couple of friends to the group. We are all looking forward to it!

This was our second time staying at the bed and breakfast pre cruise. The room was clean and the bed was comfy but be warned it’s all stars so that can be difficult with luggage. The breakfast meal was good but the fruit appeared dry. When I booked they offered transport to the cruise terminal but that’s actually done by an outside individual and if you have more than 2 or 3 ppl it would take multiple trips. The cost we were quoted was $70 each way per car so it really didn’t save us any money for parking since we would have had to have 2 cars and parking at the port was $140 so we ended up driving ourselves.

酒店回复: We are so glad, Jennifer, that you enjoyed your stay, but I wanted to correct some misinformation you may have been given. Our transportation is done by Ginny and Dennis, former owners of the Casa. It is a personalized service and each vehicle can transport up to 4 guests. If some of the guests are small children, depending on the amount of luggage, our Tesla Y has third row seating, in which case,we can transport 6. The pricing is per suite. The cost for transportation to the cruise port is $70.00 round trip, so our fee is actually much less than parking at the cruise port, (where they charge for the day you arrive and the day that you leave!) and you can always park free at the Casa while you cruise. I hope you will come back for your next cruise and take advantage of this service. We do have one suite on the first floor. It is a full apartment suite and can accomodate up to 4 guests.
