The hotel was ok for the price I paid. Staff was very friendly. Rooms could definitely use some upgrades. Beds were comfortable but pillows were not so great. Hot tub was not working so that was disappointing but my son enjoyed the pool.

Everything else was excellent, with the exception of a few minor issues that may be resolved easily, including: Fix the clock in the swimming pool. It's been there for a while. The treadmills in the exercise facility also lacked a television!

Overall very nice and cozy stay. My only real complaint is that the breakfast isn't included, which I knew in advance, and that the hot tub was out of order (something I had really been looking forward to using). Bed was excellent; some noise from neighbors woke me up; carpets looked a little worn and outdated, but otherwise everything was excellent.

Asked for extra pillows because the pillows are mush and have very minimal support and they said they were out??? Insane.

Sofa bed was horrible the hot tub didn’t work false info on website hallways cold n even worse when u get out of the cold pool that they say was heated .. hot water in shower wasn’t hot .. not a good stay !!

My stay was overall great rooms, clean halls, clean daily cleaning from housekeeping, front desk, easy check-in. My only problems were the hot tub was down and I specifically use the AI search bar on the app and it said it provided free breakfast from other reviews, but it was a charge for breakfast when we got there

I was bitten on the legs by something three times in the night.
My comlaints went unheeded by the staff.
Management was unavailable in the morning to discuss the matter
I was told the property is in limbo
I was then told the property was bankrupt and in receivership
Management was never available. Management never called
