The staff at the front desk and small Restaraunt/grill were very nice and efficient. They are what truly made the stay here doable that and the food in the Restaraunt, it was very good (Limited menu options, but good!) Plenty of parking and parking lot was well lit. The lobby was spacious and plenty of spots to sit and work or chat. The walls do keep normal sounds from the next room coming through, but the person above jumping up and down on the floor can be heard clearly.
The room I was in was in need of some upgrades. The padding under the carpeting had been totally worn down on the path used to get to the restroom, a few stains on the carpet, caulking peeling back in areas and a few other minor cosmetic things. The down pillows went flat and had to be fluffed a few times throughout the night.
I got this room at a very good price so I gave it a higher rating than if I had been charged the full price.

Disgusting room wallpaper was coming off the wall, rust was all on the light sconces, stains on the walls
Staff was always away from the front desk. Check in staff didn’t tell us any information.

It does need some aesthetical updates but clean. Because the building is not situated in a country or pleasing scenery, the inside needs some updating. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Me and my cousin went on a trip and we booked a room through them. I had ended up losing my wallet at some point and we do not live close to ohio at all ( we live out of state) i told the front desk guy the issue because they wanted a photo id (even though i had plenty of other proof that it aas me and i paid for the room but thay didnt matter to the manager) the manager told the front desk guy that she simply couldnt allow us to stay eithout photo id, which is ridiculous. She didnt care that we were tired and had no money for another hotel. We will never return and we will make sure to tell everyone we know as well how horrible the service is. You dont get a refund either so all they care about is the money it seems. Better management and regulations need changes.

this place was filthy! the carpet was stained, and the wallpaper was peeling. We left without staying at all. I cannot believe that is a Hilton Garden Inn property. I will be requesting compensation!

I booked here because it had an indoor pool. The pool was down for maintenance. The rooms are outdated and breakfast is not included.

I acquired bed bugs! The staff was great but I am still waiting to hear back from the Management for a refund of 2 nights and reimbursement for clothing that I had to purchase while I was there…This occurred 09/26 and 09/27… I ended up in the ER on Saturday and missed the conference that I was attending in Mayfield!!!
酒店还不错,就是位置有点偏,而且晚上没有开放的酒吧提供晚餐。
