In regards to our breakfast offerings; we do offer a large selection of choices for everyone including oatmeal, yogurt, complete with several healthy toppings to choose from, fresh fruit, toasting station, a gluten free option and hot menu items. I am sorry that we did not offer what you were looking for. I do hope that you will give us another opportunity to have you as our guest again in the future.

I am sorry that we were unable to meet your needs during your recent stay with us. I did just verify, the Pet Fee of 100 is listed under the policies tab under pets. That takes care of additional cleaning that is provided to all rooms with pets. That protects your pet as well as our guests with possible allergies. Regarding the double charges; I am unable to comment without knowing your name to pull up your receipt. That certainly concerns me so I would like to delve deeper. Please contact the hotel directly so we can review your charges.

The room was dated and dingy for the price. The non-refundable pet fee for our cat was $115 for just a one-night stay, which felt excessive. On top of that, the front desk staff wasn't very friendly. Overall, not worth the cost.

I travelled from Maryland to this Residence Inn location for a Morgan Wallen concert in Cleveland at the Huntington Bank Field. The field was only 30 mins from this location and super easy to get too. There is a good pick of fast food options right by this Hotel. The staff were impeccable! Extremely friendly! The hotel itself was super clean and the Breakfast was delicious.
They are pet friendly, have a hot tub and pool as well!! Can’t beat how convenient all that is!
If I could give more than 5 Stars I would!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying here !!

The bed was so comfortable
For breakfast they served gluten free bagels and other gluten free items with their buffet which was a great surprise

We love staying at this hotel, as a stopping place from St Louis to upstate NY. Everyone is hospitable and accommodating. The rooms are comfy and spacious - clean and very quiet. We love walking to Noosa Bistro across the street. All staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Property is old and worn. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning and update. Pullout couch in our suite was so dirty and uncomfortable to sleep on.
General Manager was very kind and helpful.
