The hotel suite was nice.. lots of restaurants and shopping around. I dont think it was really ridiculous that they charge you an extra $5.00 a night to park at the hotel..

I was here for only two nights to visit my daughter. I did not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast nor the Wednesday evening social hour. I did not have an opportunity to use any other amenities such as the pool or gym. My king suite was very comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was unexpectedly large with plenty of towels. There were also a multitude of electrical outlets, but take your own cubes since there were no plug-ins for any kind of tech cords. That was surprising. I received a brief text message each morning from the front desk asking if I needed anything to make my stay more comfortable. I didn’t, but it was nice that they asked. I noticed a sign that this is a pet-friendly hotel for anyone who travels with their family fur-person. I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Cincinnati.

We got a 2 queen suite for our 45th class reunion and it was perfect for four ladies! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We had plenty of room and no problem with four of us trying to get ready. We will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!!!

This was our second stay at this location which is very convenient to lots of stuff and to visit with our family in the area. The first visit was very enjoyable, clean and quiet which is why I chose it for our second visit. We noticed that the cleanliness was lacking and lots of noise from the location of our room. Staff were very nice.

First of all the at check in the only room was a handicap room did not book that so the first night I didn’t stay in the room the second day they moved us into another room. While in that room from Thursday-Monday housekeeping NEVER came in. Also the water was going down super slow on the shower. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and this by far has been the worst hotel I ever stayed in. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

When we arrived for check in, we were notified that the swimming pool was closed. With children this was something we were excited about but there was nothing the hotel could do. We were then put into a room that smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. When I mentioned this to the front desk she told me that they had an issue with someone smoking the night before and that the police had to be involved with a prior guest. She informed me that they had no other rooms our size and that the room I was in was my only choice. When we returned to the room and began to get settled in we opened the pull out bed to realize that it was broken and would not function. At this point we had to return to the front desk and try to figure out how to proceed. The hotel did manage to get us into two connecting rooms after which was fantastic of them. When we arrived into the new room we found the floor with excessive stains on the floor, lights out throughout the rooms and food on the mattress of the pull-out bed. At this point I was beyond frustrated and tired, so we accepted what we were given and made do. While the attendant on duty did everything she could, the hotel itself was run down and poorly maintained. I would not recommend a stay at this property.
