The toilet broke ( and was fixed ). I never received any maid service after the first night and the soap ran out in the shower. Rest of the stay was great

No hotel amenities shared upon checkin. Hallway and room smelled like **** the whole stay. The comforter was nappy. There was an issue with the ceiling in the bathroom. Came into back entrance around 1045p - no key card required. Anyone can walk in and go straight into the elevator. Huge security issue.

Room temp was either to hot or to cold at night.
Pillows wel too soft and mattress was to firm.
Automatic window shade only went up a quarter of the window. Was unable to enjoy the view.

Everything was lovely! I especially enjoyed the chair with the cute circle pillow, very fast elevator, and the automatic doors opening up at the entrance. Only little critiques were scratches in the hall and on the doors and I noticed some mold forming on the AC unit in the room. I had notified the front desk though as it did cause my to have some allergies.

Enjoyed my stay, Rose was very nice and welcoming when checking in. Rooms were clean and spacious. Within walking distance to food, entertainment and shopping. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had reservations to attend a wedding event at 6pm we arrived around 5 pm to check in change and get ready to go. We were told room will not be ready till 7pm and there were lot of people waiting in thd lobby for the same reason . Getting a room after seven if it was clean by the and get ready and gomesnt getting there after 8 pm , which would have been useless , so we decided to leave the property and not to attend the function. We never got a message an email or any notice that there is a problem .; but just that room will not be available , and will have to check in later ant that we cannot be checked in till after 7 pm. The worst experience in my 60 years of practical life.

The only drawback was my room was over sprayed with air freshener. I'm fragrant intolerant and it was overwhelming.

Always out of hot breakfast items. Choose a different place to stay if that's important.
