Front desk was amazing. We came during the holidays so cleaning staff wasn’t there for one of the days. But never came to remove the garbage from our rooms. We had to dispose of it ourselves. The breakfast was cute and fresh no complaints. It’s far from everything. Nothing really is around this hotel but we were there for business so it didn’t matter

Check-in was courteous and quick. The room was clean and comfortable. They even had fresh baked cookies waiting for us at the front desk when we returned from dinner. Thanks for welcoming us back to Brockport after being away for over 50 years. My wife and I went to school in Western NY State (Brockport and Buffalo). We fell in love and were engaged in Brockport in 1977. Our date night was spent in Wegman’s, sampling food (when Wegman’s had sampling). Thanks Hampton for a fun and memorable time in Brockport.

This hotel was a solid choice for our one night stopover on a 6 day roadtrip from New York to Washington state. Conveniently located off the freeway. Room was clean and comfortable.

我们一行四人，非常喜欢这间宽敞的房间。宽敞舒适，早餐种类丰富。泳池看起来也很漂亮，虽然我们没时间去玩。
酒店太脏了。一点都不像我们住过的汉普顿酒店。房间又臭又霉。淋浴间发霉，没有空调，电话都用了100年了。糟糕的体验。
早餐食品
大部分都很棒，但是第一天早上早餐室没有华夫饼混合料，也没有奶油奶酪来做百吉饼😕
有点像酒店岛，所以除了设施外没有太多其他东西。但进出其他地方都很方便。
