Loved the cranberry macadamia cookies! Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when driving through the area

We would stay again
Hotel is in a nice area with many restaurant choices. Our room, while not appearing to be updated, was nice and clean as was the bath. Our bed squeaked a little but didn’t interfere with sleep. I wish the mini fridge had been turned on—we had things we would have liked to have kept cold. All in all, a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Stay was wonderful. Everyone was friendly. Had no issues expect the hall way to the room was super hot. But thats nothing.everything else was great.

The bathroom smelled like vomit. The front desk gave me some eco friendly air freshener and some cleaning rags. She kept insisting this is the way the laundry smells. 3 night stay, so I went to Walmart and got some non eco-friendly bleach and cleaned the bathroom floor myself, with the cleaning rags. Then it didn't smell like vomit.

We arrived early for a graduation we were attending asked if we could check in early to get ready and the girl working the desk would not even look she just sat on her stool and said all of the rooms are being cleaned. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot they were not booked or overbooked. We had to go to their public bathroom to change and get ready
I realize we were early but she didn’t even attempt to check to see if our room was ready even after we asked her to do so.. I think she was just lazy
And I never complain or try to say anything bad but it was the worse!

我很喜欢这个区域。酒店本身就还行吧。房间很冷，正合我意，但是空调噪音很大。酒店很干净，周围环境也很好。
这地方有点旧了。浴室的瓷砖修补过很多次。走廊地板上有垃圾——我看到客房服务人员在那里，但垃圾在几个小时后，甚至到第二天都还在。早餐是冷的。不是常温，是真的冷。鸡蛋、培根、饼干都一样。橙汁兑水了，一点味道都没有。很失望。这不是我们喜欢和期待的HGI（希尔顿花园酒店）。
