这次体验太糟糕了！我航班延误，深夜才到酒店办理入住，我和丈夫实在太累了，直接就休息了。第二天我们早上5:30就起床去参加Armi的毕业典礼，等我们回到酒店才发现整个房间都超级脏，浴室里还有死掉的黑色虫子，简直不忍直视。其实我们入住当晚，一进门就看到走廊里有几只黑色虫子在爬，地毯也很脏。但当时我们实在太累了，根本没在意。第二天，当我们想洗澡准备出门时，发现淋浴水龙头根本不出水，我们只能在积水里洗澡。回来后，我们把拍下的照片和视频给前台看，并向他们解释说，在这种有虫子又这么脏的地方根本无法住下去。我们不得不取消了第二晚和最后一晚的住宿，去另找了一家更好的酒店。前台工作人员说，他们解决不了，等经理来了会联系我们，而且很有可能因为这种情况会给我们退款。然而直到今天，我们还在等退款。这家酒店的政策和条件都很苛刻，非常脏，完全不关心旅客的健康和安全。我会想办法要回我的退款，因为我根本没有享受到你们提供的基本卫生设施。

The room / suite was very accommodating for me and my husband - very spacious. Room has all the essentials, a/c works great, big fridge, microwave, desk, big screen tv, coach, countertop and sink with facet. It could use an upgrade with more than one entrance besides the main entrance - w/ access cards. Furniture in the lobby could use upgrading as well. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking spaces. Limited on eating areas within the hotel area but travel a bit father away - gives you more options. Keep in mind lot of places closes early during the week - about 9pm.

The staff was so friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was my only disappointment. There weren't really any diabetic friendly options. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed in that didn't offer eggs every day and the one day they were offered it was only scrambled ones. Boiled eggs were never offered and there was only 1 waffle maker so it took 30 mins to get your turn as ya had to stand in line . That is my only complaint but I would stay here again amd just make sure to budget to eat breakfast out each day.

Not too safe

This is out usual go to place for pet friendliness and cleanliness. This time, the back door was broken and propped open which gave the feel of unsafe accommodations.

I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.
