The room was very clean, it was SO COLD in the room. I was literally in the bed under the blankets the entire time I was there. I promise you could’ve hung meat in the room.

Ok but a long way from good!

Claims to be a non-smoking hotel but was obviously a smoking hotel before and was not completely remodeled. Could smell smoke when the AC ran. Water pressure in bathroom sink was pathetic, not even strong enough to rinse toothpaste out of my toothbrush.

Also, long-term tenants just put their trash outside their door in the hallway giving a really poor impression to newly arriving guests.

We had 3 adults in our group sharing one suite. The beds are full sized not queen as thought. Otherwise, we were fine. We did not have instructions in the room to what to do with trash, or linens if we needed more.

It's not a bad place to stay, but it's noisy. We were in the bottom floor and the highway noise was more than I expected. The lady at the front desk had the TV in the lobby turned up so loud, I thought kids were playing video games. Nope, just the lady at the desk zoned out to to the TV. Tiny lobby compared to other Candlewoods and not very friendly. Room was fairly clean and smaller than most other Candlewood rooms. Had a stain on the curtains and leftover food not taken out of the refrigerator. Bed was very very firm and not comfortable for me at all. My husband slept like a rock. No swimming pool, if you have kids and stay here, no breakfast either.

I don't know why there 4 stars . Try 2 stars to be honest. I stayed more than once so this is not a one time bad occurrence. First time someone was cooking something awful. They did not even try to hide it. The room door was wide open so you can get the full smell. Front desk person smelled it and started coughing looked at me and said while gasping for breath.looks like someone is cooking. Second time ( I'm only staying here because my company was paying) the ac did not work , the fan on the ac also did not work. the pass word for the wifi was written in some alien language .room phone did not work so I had to call from my cell. ROOM PHONE DID NOT WORK ,COME ON THAT IS A BASIC HOTEL AMENITY. If this was some off the beaten path hole in the wall I'd say it is what it is. But the proudly display they are a IHG affiliate. I guess IHG standards have gone down.

I enjoyed a large spacious room with a dishwasher, cook top, refrigerator, microwave, some dishes, coffee maker, soft chair, desk, phone, huge TV, laundry facilities. It is a room where you could live comfortably for an extended period of time. I was positively impressed for a hotel in this class and price range.

It was a decent stay. Disappointed with no continental breakfast. I should have read that in the details. The elevator was extremely noisy and very slow. Room was very nice, except one of the charging plug's next to the bed didn't work. Overall decent stay but we will try somewhere else next time.
