Limited parking, room was ok was not as elegant as some of the other Holiday Inn exspresses weve stayed in, we were on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor motel and was kepy up from sounding like horse play or running back and forth around 5 to 6 am ,couldn't really tell where it was but was very irritating . I guess it flooded on our floor prior to our chevk in and really was humod and musky smelling in our room , according to another guest that had said it flooded in his room , he said hed been there for a few weeks working on the motel but he was either really intoxicated or high on something, but i wouldn't want my wife or kids alone in the hall with....the breakfast and morning staff was a lot more welcoming than the evening staff from checking in . Breakfast was really pleasant and everything was fresh

We were initially given the incorrect room, but Jennifer made sure to accommodate and made sure we were placed in correct room, house keeper Nomi made sure our room was cleaned and ready to go, the lady serving breakfast was super helpful and great, we will be staying again next visit to Muskogee.

Cleaners had a horrible smell that was overpowering. When we let the staff know, they claimed they didn't smell it and because the hotel was sold out they could not move us. Couldn't shower without keeping bathroom door closed because staff said it would set off the fire alarm, this would normally be fine, but there was no fan or good ventilation so everything was fogged up and couldn't use mirror to get ready. Was clean, but hotel is older and it shows. Some staff were rude, with the exception of the night crew on Friday when we arrived, they were very friendly. The hot tub was murky and not real clean, plus not very "hot". Hilton has definitely gone down hill! Would be ok for a quick overnight stay, but do not recommend for a longer stay.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We had a super late check in as we drove almost 8 hours to get here, but the front desk was very friendly. My only complaint is the room smelled very strongly of mold. I didn’t see any visibly and the bathroom didn’t smell but as soon as we walked in the door we smelled it. We are both sensitive to mold and my partner had to use his inhaler several times thru the night. We would have asked for a different room but it was after 1am and we were beat.
