Room was in major neglect. Marks on furniture, doors, & walls. Green water came out of the bathtub (health hazard?), the toilet would not stop running, and the bathtub would not stop dripping. Hilton claims they will make things right but they have done nothing to make this stay right. Will not stay at a Hilton again after this horrific experience.

The cleaning staff did not change our sheets, just made the bed. They left dirty towels in the room for the entire stay. They also just walked into the room without knocking while we were trying to take a nap and did not apologize or anything, just walked out.

My check in was great, the hotel is very clean & in a great area...the only problem was my actual booking...I booked a double bed room but only got a 1 bed. The hotel check in couldn't change it as they were booked up

The room was clean and the beds were nice. The pool was very fun but could use some tending as far as the unfinished broken hot tube and no towels out there. The staff were pleasant but could work on answering the phone as we called several times before just going down to ask for what we needed. The only real complaint is that the room wouldn’t get cool enough so we usually woke up hot throughout the night.
