My check in was great, the hotel is very clean & in a great area...the only problem was my actual booking...I booked a double bed room but only got a 1 bed. The hotel check in couldn't change it as they were booked up

The room was clean and the beds were nice. The pool was very fun but could use some tending as far as the unfinished broken hot tube and no towels out there. The staff were pleasant but could work on answering the phone as we called several times before just going down to ask for what we needed. The only real complaint is that the room wouldn’t get cool enough so we usually woke up hot throughout the night.

The air in the lobby was out. The hot tub was broken. There were 11 people in the pool and only 3 had swimming suits on (2/3 were us)! Then we watched two families walk from the pool, across the parking lot, and into the Holiday Inn Express.
Not at all the quality you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn.

Don’t stay here
Toilet didn’t flush. We were not switched to another room nor did it get fixed upon request until manager came in 6 hours later when it was already time to leave.
Then told our breakfast would be free and was charged after the fact for that. If I could give 0 stars I would

some of the staff was obviously stressed, but quiet. Breakfast attendant was a joy and super kind and funny! Hot tub was sadly in disrepare and taped off . stale dirty water with frogs living in it. avery disapointing. apool was fairly enjoyable but in need of maintenance and cleaning.

We stayed here a couple months ago, it was great. Not sure what happened. We stayed this weekend.
1. The room stunk.
2. The shower hardly wouldn’t turn on.
3. The shower flooded the bathroom floor everytime we took a shower.
4. They never came and got our towels, we had to go ask twice.
5. The comforter had a huge hole with a brown stain.
