Room needs an upgrade. Mattress needs to be retired. Room smelled damp. Air conditioning wasn’t super great and could run the fan with it all the time. Breakfast is always good

This was not a nice Hampton Inn, in a not particularly nice neighborhood next to a highway. But my main reason for rating it “Poor” was that the shower was broken and could not provide hot (or even warm) water. I had booked a room with 2 beds since my grown daughter was staying with me and when I requested a different room I was informed that there was no other room available with 2 beds. So we took cold showers for the weekend. I am not a complainer and I am pretty easygoing generally but it was ridiculous to me that a Hampton Inn would allow a room like this to stay open for reservations. Very disappointing.

It was okay overall but the AC was a little loud that it drowned the TV volume. It was also confusing to operate.

Great staff, very friendly & easy to communicate with. Clean facilities, good breakfast. We stayed here to prepare for & recover from an outpatient surgery at nearby Kaiser. It was perfect! We wet able to easily focus on the surgery, not anything else. Thank you Clackamus Hampton Inn!

Very clean and very friendly staff. I love that they also have full shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the shower and if you forget some toiletries such as toothpaste or a razor they will give you one upon request. They will also check in on you through text to make sure your stay is comfortable.

All of the staff were amazing. They acknowledged us with positivity every time we walked by. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but overall a great stay.

房间虽小，装修翻新，但感觉不干净。
房子外观不错，但我们的房间在一楼，而且有股难闻的气味。房间也比图片上看起来小得多。淋浴很糟糕。浴帘甚至遮不住浴缸，所以所有东西都湿透了。而且感觉也不太干净。我不会再住了。
