It is true that our housekeepers are - as a world-wide IHG brand policy - not going to clean a room while you are inside it for both yourself and the housekeeper's safety and comfort, but we are very happy to set up a time - if possible - to do room service while you are elsewhere. I am also sorry to hear that the towels that were immediately given on request could not help the situation.We are very saddened also to hear of the maintenance issues you encountered with your room, especially as we have no note of it being told to our staff so that we could attend to the issue and thus increase the pleasantness of your stay.Lastly, we are very sorry to hear that the top floor and city-facing room provided to you still had issues with traffic noise. as despite our best efforts it can be an unfortunate byproduct of being an easily accessible hotel such as ours. We will be very sorry to see you leave us, but we hope the Hampton - a hotel just as highway accessible as ourselves - might be a better fit for your needs.Sincerely,

The hotel was exceptionally clean And their maintenance program is working well. We found no plumbing issues in the room and the locks to the doors were perfectly. We met the night staff desk person, Clark, was exceptionally kind. Jennifer, the dining room supervisor, ensured everything was set up perfectly. This is a well runned hotel!

The hotel was clean but the room was small and the bed was worn and not very comfortable.

Family vacation
Overnight stay on a long trip rooms were clean but had a musty smell. Older property but good condition. Pool was shared with the Best Western. Good breakfast.

窗户和浴缸水龙头坏了。如果客房服务人员过来时你还在房间里，你的房间就没人打扫了。另外，这家酒店有一半的房间就在高速公路和匝道边上。如果你当天晚些时候到达，房间会很吵。我宁愿选择汉普顿，而不是这家酒店。
