The reception staff were very friendly and respectful, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the experience with the cleaning staff was the complete opposite.
The trash by the side door was left piling up for several days, which was unpleasant. We stayed for eleven nights, and our room was cleaned only once—only because we insisted on it.
At checkout, despite the front desk confirming that we could stay until 12:30, the cleaning supervisor was extremely pushy and rushed us to leave. One of the cleaning staff even said, “I have to go home, I’m not going to wait here”, in a rude and disrespectful manner.
While the reception team left a good impression, the housekeeping service and attitude were disappointing and made the stay far less enjoyable than it could have been.

Sneaky car parking charge
I loved the hotel and where it was situated. Desk staff were really helpful with any problems I had. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because I was charged $ 12 a night with taxes for parking. The car park was open to the street and I didn’t see anyone maintaining it. Was never informed about charge

Young man at front desk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. We found the room design and furniture quite functional. Enjoyed a rolling pull out desk for extra space when needed. Pool was clean but small and felt crowded when just one other family was in there. We did not purchase breakfast or any other food from the restaurant but did purchase 1 soda and 1 gaterade from the hotel "store" for $10. Recommend bringing your own beverages. In all, I definitely recommend this hotel.

The room, staff and location were all great but didn't appreciate $12 parking fee. First time I have seen that other than a downtown garage property. Extra fees like that drive people to other competitors.

They need to check and wash all the bed sheets I couldn’t sleep of how itchy bed sheets were.
房间宽敞干净。前台工作人员伊丽莎白（她也是助理总经理）非常乐于助人，人也超级好。她尽力满足我们所有的要求。
地理位置很好，离购物中心很近。
早餐非常棒——在小酒馆点餐，不是自助餐形式。
尽管我每周都打电话要求和主管沟通，但扣款还是被扣了一个多月才退还给我。
