We liked the property. Close to anything needed. But charged $12 per day for parking fee that should have been included in our stay. I honestly can't believe that parking would not be included with reservations. I'm absolutely blown away. Will not stay here again and will pay closer attention to expectations for this with future hotels. Literally we only had one car.

Paying the extra for breakfast was worth the value; not a lot of options but still worth it! The sofa bed barely fit my semi-tall 12 year old too small for my family of 4. Wefelt on top of each other.

Everything was good, they did not have the room I reserved so they ended up giving us two rooms for the same price.

Went to check in and they said ******* oversold the room type and we had to have a different smaller room. We were tired so just went with it until we saw the room which had hair in the tub, on the bathroom floor which was never mopped and the sink. I have been in hospitality for over 20 years and worked under this mgmt company. This hotel needs upgrades and much better housekeeping practices. Front desk was very helpful and got us another room as well as offered various comp items which I declined, but based on other reviews this property needs better mgmt.

房间宽敞干净。前台工作人员伊丽莎白（她也是助理总经理）非常乐于助人，人也超级好。她尽力满足我们所有的要求。
地理位置很好，离购物中心很近。
早餐非常棒——在小酒馆点餐，不是自助餐形式。
尽管我每周都打电话要求和主管沟通，但扣款还是被扣了一个多月才退还给我。
位置还行，非常安静的地方。
我不喜欢它没有免费早餐。
