Disappointed
First of all, the toilet was dirty. The people upstairs was so noisy. We called the lobby for transfer us to another room and the person was so nice and move us to 4th floor, but that's another story. People near us were so noisy at 12am, then we had to call again. The room is spacious, but with a few dirty areas in the room. The shower had black areas, the lamp had dust. We didn't like the breakfast. No banana, no whole wheat bread, no pork sausage. The chairs are faded. A few things that we liked was the kindFirst of all, the toilet was dirty. The people upstairs was so noisy. Room was not cleaned or trash disposed of, no fresh towels or toiletries replenished. Front desk staff and food service was on point. Please clean the rooms!!!

The property and room were promising and nicely organized. The Staff was efficient, friendly, polite and helpful. The noise in the room was not welcome - not only could I hear doors slamming in the hallways, but heard noise from the street, the neighbors on both sides and upstairs all during the night. I got a few naps instead of a good nights sleep. The plugs by the nightstand seemed inactive and did not allow phone to charge, had to plug into wall outlets.

Let me start by saying all of the staff were great! The breakfast was wonderful as well!
We were in room 201 for one night. The following issues did not give you a five star rating.
• Handicap Shower curtain was too short allowing water to escape the shower stall. It allowed water to run on the floor all the way to the toilet. Making it very slippery getting out of the shower.
• There were three ants seen crawling on the bathroom floor around the toilet.
• Toilet flapper leaked into bowl excessively
• The hose connected to the shower-head leaked
• The window sheer was about 1 foot above the window sill and would not move up or down with the wall switch.
These issues were reported to the maid, as well as the front desk staff as we checked out.

Everything was clean, breakfast was delicious! Kids had a blast in the pool and hot tub!

Clean, good breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the special coverage of the local music festival on tv. Close to 78 so there'a an occasional truck...

因为这些，我不得不取消一晚的住宿，在另一家酒店重新付款。更糟糕的是，我现在还要等上十多天才拿到退款。出于这些原因，我的住宿体验非常糟糕，我也不会推荐这家酒店。
