The room was very nice, but the lobby floor was extremely sticky and the inside of the elevator was very run down. The hotel in general needs a bit of an overhaul.

Jacuzzi tub not clean scum ring around it upon arrival , just decided we wouldn’t let kids use . Bath tub and kitchen sink clogged , had to wait a half hour between showers for 5 kids and 3 adults ! Showed a two burner stove in picture online and had purchased food to save money and had to go repurchase different food to accommodate ! No I did not call down as we were on mini vacation for weekend and didn’t want to have maintenance in room while
Relaxing ! This all should have been taken care of prior to our arrival so we could just enjoy our weekend as planned ! It is hotel’s responsibility to make sure room is up to par not your guests! Highly disappointed!

Has Wonderful potential! You can tell it's a busy property and the cleaning is not kept up with very well. I wouldn't call it disgusting by any means but in a high need of a deep clean. Staff was very friendly and you can't beat the location.

Unfortunately the sheets and pillow on one of the beds had stains. It looks like it was washed but stained which is not acceptable. The dinning room was completely dirty and food all over the floor. I understand that on bussy days, it gets dirty but this is when the hotel staff have to be hands on and be cleaning more frequently. If extra payment is necesary then be it. Elevators need maintenance. In my opinion, the hotel does not comply with a hotel chain like Wyndham. Only thing that will keep me coming but now only in winter is the convenience of the waterpark

Hello once I arrived at the property, they stated that I could not check in and I was left outside with our room, but you guys charged me for the room. They said that they were booked because I didn't arrive at the check-in time. I would like my money back because I was literally left with our room with my kids. I had to rush around and find us another hotel.

Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. We could tell that the end of season for the adjacent water park had occurred as all hotels and restaurants in the area had light occupancy/usage.
I got what I paid for. Our room was very clean but suggest that more resources be spent cleaning other areas of the hotel and keeping up with minor damage etc.

The property was in disrepair and our room was dirty. However, the water was hot and towels clean. The breakfast was poor, with limited selection, broken waffle maker and questionable milk for coffee.

Dirty! They have and on going problem with cockroaches and bed bugs. You can smell it and can see the overspray left from the chemicals they spray on the headboards. The lack of cleanliness in this hotel is a health hazard!
