I stayed here for one night for a business trip and chose the Premier Plus room. On arrival the room was very well presented although it was baking hot with the heating on 25 degrees, so I had to keep the windows open for around 5 hours and the fan on all night which was very noisy. When I was going to bed I noticed blood stains smeared in several places across the bedding and small long brown hairs. It was clear the bedding hadn't been changed which I found absolutely disgusting. I've tried to find a complaints contact for Premier Inn but it is not easy to find. I may have to call the hotel directly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel we had a few rooms for a family event it was a pleasure to walk in to the rooms as they was modern and very clean the whole hotel was spotless as soon as you walked through the front door all the staff was all so polite even though there is no restaurant at the hotel the reception staff will give you lots of places and directions of places to go Bernie is a absolute credit to the company so are all the housekeeping staff
