this hotel was wonderful. The room was spotless, comfortable and well-maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The friendly and professional staff were always happy to help making a real difference. The excellent and convenient location made getting around a breeze and the facilities were well-kept. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I’d happily stay again and recommend it to others.

The room was immaculate, modern, and incredibly quiet, with one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was spotless, the shower had great pressure, and there was plenty of space for all our belongings. Wi-Fi was strong, and every detail felt well maintained, making it a perfect retreat after a long day. With free parking, an excellent location, and a fresh, filling breakfast, this hotel is perfect for both business and leisure stays. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back! 👍

I stayed here for one night for a business trip and chose the Premier Plus room. On arrival the room was very well presented although it was baking hot with the heating on 25 degrees, so I had to keep the windows open for around 5 hours and the fan on all night which was very noisy. When I was going to bed I noticed blood stains smeared in several places across the bedding and small long brown hairs. It was clear the bedding hadn't been changed which I found absolutely disgusting. I've tried to find a complaints contact for Premier Inn but it is not easy to find. I may have to call the hotel directly.

Absolutely beautiful hotel we had a few rooms for a family event it was a pleasure to walk in to the rooms as they was modern and very clean the whole hotel was spotless as soon as you walked through the front door all the staff was all so polite even though there is no restaurant at the hotel the reception staff will give you lots of places and directions of places to go Bernie is a absolute credit to the company so are all the housekeeping staff

Waited ages to book in to hotel the family room wasn't ready which I rang to make sure the cot was to be in the room When the family i was with got to hotel the travel cot wasn't in the room Went to reception waited 15 mins With 3 very kids children was nit good

It was very pleasant environment and friendly staff, specially compared to recent experiences I had with my family, this service is far better than the most, kids are very happy with their sleeping arrangements also clean and tidy,
