Lovely quiet hotel, good food in the restaurant and lovely service from the hotel and restaurant only stayed for one night passing through but would definitely stay again.

Very quiet hotel, comfortable and clean everyone I came accross in the 4 days I stayed here were friendly and chatty. Had a meal deal which is great value for money and restaurant food was good every day. Will definitely use again.

Only let down was bathroom sink waste came up through plughole. Positive Staff friendly room good food good clean room bed comfortable

We visited family staying at Basildon south and we all had a meal at the beefeater next door. It was a lovely meal and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Went for breakfast in the neighbouring restaurant which was delicious & great value for money with out 2 children eating free. Recommended and we will be back.

We use this hotel regular as our daughter attends the local performers college. All of the staff here are so wondeful thats why we come back here time after time

I stay at Basildon south a couple of times a year and it never disappoints. The staff are always welcoming and friendly and nothing is eve4 too much trouble. I have never had a problem when staying there.

I stayed at this hotel for my works xmas party nearby, as a woman on my own i was made to feel very safe and comfortable, it was lovely and clean, really quiet and the staff were all fantastic. Will definitely be back December 2026.

Lovely warm welcome when we arrived. Easy check-in. Clean, comfortable standard Premier room. Very quiet room - Room 116 (facing the car park - opposite side to the main road so good, restful sleep). Not disturbed by other residents staying which is always good at Premier Inns (signs throughout the hotels reminding residents to be quiet and respectful of other guests - always a BIG thumbs up for Premier Inn for this). Beefeater restaurant next door was excellent for breakfast. Everything cooked to perfection (even the requested crispy bacon!). Normally book Premier Plus but Basildon South does not have this option (location was closest to our destination). Breakfast time was VERY busy at the Beefeater (9.30am) and very long wait for coffee as only one machine so more machines would provide a better service so make sure you're not in a rush in the morning. Overall, very pleasant stay and would stay again.
