What a brilliant hotel! We stayed last year before the refurbishment and staff were lovely but hotel was in need of TLC. Stayed over Christmas this year and what a change! Our room was gorgeous, modern, clean and perfect! The staff, like last year were just lovely! Special mention to the female manager and male night shift staff member (sorry I didn’t get their names) but so friendly, welcoming and chatty! We will be back!

Stayed overnight 19/12. Room was clean and everything I needed. Liked that I could easily grab more coffee from Reception without having to ask if needed. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff

We hadn’t visited the hotel for about 18 months, it has now had a complete refurbishment and is now in excellent condition. We stayed in a premier plus room, well worth the additional cost. The reception staff were welcoming and dealt with a minor problem very quickly, we will certainly be back

Premier plus room was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful and clean. Exceeded expectations. Excellent value for money.

Had a lovely overnight stay at Premier Inn Bedford Priory Marina. The room was immaculate, bathroom was super clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. It is vert easy to find and has plenty of free parking. It is also only a short drive to Bedford town centre. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying there again.

My daughter was at centre parks at was admitted to hospital on the Friday she was still on. Her two care staff needed somewhere to stay so booked in here after a few minutes they got a call saying she was transferring back to her local hospital The rooms had been occupied for a few minutes. Premier inn. Charged for both rooms full rate no compassion or understanding £140 for 10 minutes of rooms not used under difficult circumstances

This is a Premier Inn in a stunning location and with an exceptional team of staff. The staff are friendly efficient and could be help up as an example to staff teams in other Premier Inns. That said, the hotel itself is a little shabby and could do with a bit of an upgrade, but that would still not put me off from returning there.

Our Premier Plus room was excellent in every respect except one! Premier Plus includes their Ultimate WiFi but it’s still patchy so we used the basic WiFi or our mobile hot spot. The Premier Plus rooms are a distinct upgrade on the standard rooms.

The hotel no complaints ticked all the boxes. Beefeater next door let them down with the cooking of the breakfast could of been a little more attention paid to this
