This morning, I asked the young man at the front desk if we could have late check-out and he told us 2 pm. I replied back 2 pm to make sure I heard correctly and he confirmed late check out was indeed 2 pm. At noon, the front desk called our room informing us we needed to leave. I left them know what the man told us this morning and again were told we needed to leave. So we quickly showered and left with wet hair in 30° weather. Keep in mind we are in our 60’s. We were so shocked to be scooted out with basically no notice.

The room was fine and the staff nice, however they did not empty the trash or provide bags even when requested.

Comfy beds, bedding and pillows. Clean room. Quiet. Hotel smells great. Wonderful, diverse breakfast bar. Spacious room. We had 2 queen beds and a queen pullout sofa bed. Sofa bed was surprisingly comfy. Tv had all streaming apps that you could log into.

Okay for the night.
Arrived very late with kids so went to bed otherwise would have addressed issues. Bathtub has leaky faucet, listened to it all night long. Carpeting was wet on one part of room, enough to make our socks soggy. Showered in morning and tub does not drain, so you stand in water.

The breakfast was delicious, and the overall exterior of the property was pleasant. However, the interior was a bit dated. They claimed construction was underway to modernize the property, but it didn’t seem like much had been done. The surrounding area is decent, but not particularly friendly. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly.

到了酒店，4 个人只有 3 条毛巾，我丈夫去前台要更多毛巾。工作人员在外面抽烟，抱怨一位客人要了东西。他继续要毛巾。他们说女服务员今晚不上班，必须有人洗毛巾，明天才会有更多。第二天早上下楼，还是没有毛巾。洗完澡后，我只好用手巾擦干。

夜班经理非常友好和乐于助人。客户服务是他的首要任务，我们对此表示感谢。我们一定会再次入住。
