停车场很好而且免费，虽然有一根树枝倒在了停车场的一半，但在我住了 4 晚之后它一直没有被移开过。不得不等了一段时间才能办理入住手续，因为当时没有人在场，按了铃之后也等了好一会儿才有人来。我注意到每天晚上 6 点左右前台都没有人，办理入住的客人通常需要去餐厅寻求帮助。很明显，员工分散在酒店和餐厅，人手很少，而且同样没有经过良好的培训。餐厅只对酒店客人开放，提供有限的高级旅馆菜单，显然曾经是一家卫浴商或酿酒商。他们打算使用部分餐厅来改造成更多的房间。晚餐还可以。有一次柠檬水变质了，没有糖浆。他们不知道为什么不起作用，就很快决定晚上不提供柠檬水，所以我要求退款。有人告诉我说我不能退款，因为他们不接受酒吧退款……所以我要求换一位工作人员来处理这件事……结果发现第一位工作人员，我想应该是管理人员，只是不知道如何退款。早餐是现点现做的，很好吃。如果你想睡个好觉，就不要住在这里。这显然是一家老旧的 Premier Inn 酒店，地板总是吱吱作响，门砰砰作响。没有空调，暖气效果很差。感觉这是一家工人酒店，因为我没有看到其他客人。感觉它要关门了。
Room ok.staff all polite and friendly. Breakfast 90% Personally I didn't like the sausages, everything else was lovely.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Premier Inn. On the Saturday evening, the bar closed for food at 8:30pm, and despite being at the bar for over half an hour, I was unable to even purchase a drink. During this time, there was virtually no staff presence — only a young member of staff who appeared stressed and didn't even make eye contact with me at the bar. The experience deteriorated further the following morning. I came down for breakfast on Sunday expecting the standard Premier Inn offering, only to be told it was continental breakfast only. My daughter was competing in a swimming event all day and needed a proper, substantial breakfast. Being limited to bread, pancakes, and cereal was wholly inadequate. Additionally, I am gluten free and had specifically been looking forward to a cooked breakfast — bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, and hash browns — which is normally something I can rely on at Premier Inn. Instead, the only option available to me was a small packet of muesli. This was extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay , the only niggly thing was the coffee machine the coffee was weak. We stayed two days and I would definitely come back as I've stayed at other similar places and they had numptys who spoiled it by waking people up at 3 o'clock in the morning pissed up and the people in charge done nothing about it. My baby girl slept through until breakfast time so that's brilliant cheers!

nice relaxing experience with friendly and helpful staff. very good food with the meal deal, breakfast ok and recommended, with no rush friendly approach. Would stay again!

The room was fine but the so called unlimited breakfast was a complete disaster I was told as I took my table at 09.15 that there was no black pudding no tomatoes no mushrooms so being diabetic that’s two items I always eat then I asked for two poached eggs but was told they couldn’t do poached eggs as there was a problem with the gas ! But they were doing fried eggs so I think the cook was not able to poach an egg half the tables were full of dirty plates and cups so a very bad experience for £10.99

An exceptionally friendly team both in the hotel and the restaurant. The hotel was clean, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. We asked for a quiet room at the back of the hotel and it was just perfect, no traffic noise whatsoever. Thank you Vic on reception.

房间是标准间。房间很热，有风扇。肥皂分配器是空的。接待处的工作人员很可爱，帮了我们一些事情。早餐是高级旅馆早餐的一大败笔。没有煎饼！几乎没有面包、面包片等。几份酸奶孤零零地放在冰箱里。我们吃的橙子烂了。水煮蛋没有煮熟，也没有煮好。无限量的早餐是点餐的，而且是现做的，所以除非你再等，否则很难得到一点额外的。他们用完了香肠，因为我们后面还有人，如果这是借口的话，香肠还没吃完。避免吃早餐
