Stayed for 2 nights in January, the room was good, but the breakfast service was exceptional, particularly Hayley, who was amazing who even filled up our water bottles from the kitchen, a real 5 star service!

Great stay for 2 nights for a big family party. Hotel was very accommodating to our big group. We were all able to sit together at breakfast. Room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. You couldn’t hear between rooms. Great value. Location perfect for us. Very clean. Staff were very helpful.

couldn’t fault our stay the staff were so polite and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay they were giving out toys to the kids and doing letters for santa to keep them entertained can’t complain about the room at all we booked well in advance so we were able to get it at a lower price and the food in breakfast was amazing hot and fresh

Amazing hotel and staff. Can't beat it, best in the chain. Breakfast was great, check in was swift and clean and tidy, lots of parking.

I’ve got to say, so glad we booked to stay at this lovely hotel. Very easy to get to. The lady that checked us in , Mandy was very helpful. Central to where we needed to go and catch up with family. Our room was very nice , clean and comfy , nothing to complain about here. We asked about breakfast this morning as we wasn’t sure earlier if we would be eating. Unfortunately a different person on the desk. Kirsty told us there too busy would have to Waite. We didn’t mind waiting , was not a problem but she was so cold and condescending. but so glad we did. Got to say the lady’s in there were absolutely brilliant. Yes it was busy and some things were empty, Hayley took us to our table explained if we needed anything just to ask , she then came back in a few minutes and took our order. Lisa brought our breakfast out and told us if we needed anything else to just ask. Mandy who had checked us in the day before was also in the restaurant , shame she wasn’t in reception we didn’t have to wait long for our hot breakfast , freshly cooked , Would definitely stay here again.

我们运气真不好。酒店很糟糕。房间里弥漫着污水味。浴室又旧又脏。房间又旧又臭。床太高了，爬不上去。没有冰箱。没有电话。无线网络很差。暖气坏了。不会再发生这样的事了。我们已经向前台投诉了。
停车场里满是厚厚的黑泥，所以每个人走进前门时都很脏。友好的工作人员。房间标准和外面的停车场一样干净（见图）。床上方的天花板上溅有血迹。桌子上方的墙壁/天花板上有厚厚的蜘蛛网。椅子坏了，所以当你坐在上面时会弹上弹下。浴室的踢脚板上有很大的缝隙，晚上各种东西都会爬出来。卫生纸是床单（小学之后就没见过了！）。镜子放在桌子对面的角落里，所以毫无用处，无线网络很差，我不得不支付 5 英镑升级才能观看 Netflix。我确实去了两次接待处，但两次都没有人，所以没有人帮忙换房间，整个晚上，当暖气打开时，一声巨响把我吵醒，暖气片上回荡着，宣告着它们的供热状态
房间里的暖气坏了。直到凌晨1点才发现。没有提供晚安睡眠保证。尽管天气寒冷，我还是睡不着。早餐等了20分钟才送来。Premier Inn在全国范围内都快不行了。我在这些地方花了很多时间和金钱。我觉得是时候看看其他选择了。
