Excellent service as always, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, facilities are always clean and kept to a high standard along with the food and the service. Keep up the hard work.

Location was great, next door to Miller & Carter, Sainsburys and MacArthur Glen shopping Village and main bus stop into Cardiff. Doesnt look much from outside but warmth of welcome is amazing. Rooms are spotless and staff always on hand for any wee niggles. Great nights sleep and very quiet and relaxing.

Excellent location. Nice clean room and a good breakfast. Great location with plenty of room to park. Good choice of restaurants and shops near by within walking distance. Good value for money.

stayed for one night while visiting a wedding party,hotel easy to find and plenty of parking,was met at reception by a very friendly member of staff.checked into a plus room very clean and comfy nice shower.had a breakfast in morning needed to book a time slot as very busy,was met by a lovely lady and showed us to our seat and explained to help yourselves to fruit pastries and cereal,coffee and jucies.she then came back to take our orders for cooked breakfast,choose what you wanted on menu and as much as you wanted.had about a 10 minute wait but well worth it.was impressed with the lady and her partner in crime doing the cooking.no bar in hotel but used property next door.great if you need to do shopping located on a shopping outlet.would recommend hotel very good prices too.

Great staff. I had a lovely stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the kitchen were brilliant and a lovely welcome each day. The manager even helped cleaning tables on the busiest day. All staff seem to do all jobs. They're a little overworked but such lovely people. Hotel was clean

I stayed one night in January for works party. Lovely comfy bed reception staff really helpful. After a fabulous night sleep went down for breakfast and it was lovely cooked fresh from Linda and Sarah was so polite friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for Linda and Sarah not just for me but could see for other guests. Refreshing to get good service and food and friendly staff. Well done both. Will return what a hidden gem.

Premier Inn Bridgend central hotel I must start by saying that all of the staff & cleaner’s at Premier Inn Bridgend are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. Every member of the team truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean, very well presented, and clearly well looked after, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast deserves a special mention. We’ve stayed at many Premier Inns over the years where breakfast is usually buffet-style, but Bridgend really stands out because the breakfast is cooked to order. This made such a difference — the food was fresh, hot, and far more enjoyable than food that’s been sitting under heat lamps. Everything was absolutely delicious, and it was a lovely start to the day. Overall, this is a very clean and well-run hotel. The manager, Sarah, is absolutely lovely and clearly does a fantastic job leading such a friendly and hardworking team. You can really feel the positive atmosphere throughout the hotel, which reflects how well it is managed. The only small downside I can think of is that there is currently just one receptionist on duty at night. Having two members of staff would be beneficial, particularly for safety reasons or in case of any emergencies or accidents. That said, this is a minor point and doesn’t take away from what was otherwise a very pleasant stay. Also good value for money. All in all, a fantastic experience at Premier Inn Bridgend. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.
