hotel room and staff are ok , but do not eat in the restaurant , it was the worst 2 meals i have ever had in a premier inn, every one was sending there food back it was smelling of stale oil and they clearly do not have a trained chef , on the 3rd night we went in to poole to the chip shop , breakfast was ok but the evening meals are shocking

It gets 2 stars for just the room. It was clean and comfortable. Although only one hand towel and one bath towel were provided. The second person would have to use a wet towel after their shower. We paid extra for a view. The view was of a car park and another wing of the hotel. If you pressed your face up to the window and twisted to the right, you could see a small portion of Holes Bay. Room 169. A complete con. We booked a meal deal for £53-98. Dinner and breakfast. My starter should have had hosein sauce. It turned up with hot chilli that burnt my mouth. My main was served with cold chips. My wife's was served on a plate with dried egg smeared around the side. It took 45 minutes for our starters to be served. Breakfast was even worse. Fried eggs that were lacy with solid yolks, mushrooms that were dry with an unusual taste. Leathery bacon and strange tasting baked beans. They clearly do not have enough trained staff to operate the restaurant. We stayed here two years ago and it was great. It is now less Premier and more Second Rate. If you do decide to stay here, on arrival you will be greeted by a check in screen, not a person. It is so dumbed down it would not be a surprise if people just vote with their feet and go elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Came down to see family on Poole for Christmas. The whole stay was perfect the location, team, food, bed and a very clean room. My so was given a wrapped selection box gift on arrival which made him very happy, thank you

From the very friendly welcome to the farewell the staff here were amazing helpful and friendly. We had a lovely view of the water. We had the meal deal and were very happy either food and the staff on the restaurant were great. A great nights sleep the bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and very clean. Will be back again

I was hesitant to book this hotel based on the reviews I read here. However at the end I booked it and I am glad I did it. Accommodation is in line with Premier Inn standards. The room was clean, everything was as we expected from Premier Inn. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, check in was nice and easy. I slept very well, on average 9 hours a night, much better than at home. We were on meal deal and the food was great, tasty, and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. Again, the staff were polite, friendly, hard working and they made us feel like valued guests. On the first evening we had a desert on the top of our meal deal and they did not charge for it. When I pointed out it's not included in meal deal, the waiter said it was on house. I am happy to recommend this hotel and if we go back to Poole, this is my first choice.

Hotel is blah same as any premier inn. I currently staying here for work and cannot stress enough do not use the restaurant. It is painfully slow. If you want to lose your entire evening waiting for a table and then waiting for staff to take orders and it be cooked etc don’t bother. Staff are majority under staffed but arnt in any rush either which I don’t blame them to be honest.

Very poor and very tired premier inn. This hotel needs a complete overhaul, I was told the year before that it was going to get a refurbishment, and a year on thinking it might have had refurbishment carried out, was so wrong, even more tired rooms and building, multiple room changes as they are just not up to scratch.

this was a terrible experience - they advertise free parking but then send me a parking ticket afterwards, even when I entered my car parking details into the machine.. I now have to fight against the parking ticket, premier inn wont help me, I have lodged an official complaint and now I have the time waste and stress of dealing with a parking ticket??! This is the second time in a row this has happened to me through staying at a premier inn - complete scam of a company Never again
房间挺大也挺干净,床挺舒服的,房内设施中规中矩,没有空调,配了风扇,但夏天还是会闷热。
酒店在主路边上但不会有噪音,出入和停车挺方便。酒店旁有酒吧和餐厅,儿童早餐免费。
我觉得WiFi信号太差了。隔音效果也很差,我总是能听到邻居说话和在地板上的脚步声。
