We had a great stay and the staff really made it. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Excellent service throughout — we’d definitely come back.

Couldn't fault this Premier Inn. Rooms were very clean and comfortable - and reasonably priced . All the staff seemed to be enjoying their work which was nice to see. The location was good and next time I'm in the area will definitely stay here again .

Easy to find and a convenient location with easy connections for onward travel. Clean and well presented and in typical Premier Inn fashion, you know what you are getting - ticks all the boxes for a good night's sleep and a decent breakfast

Prices very reasonable. Rooms very clean. Service second to none. Staff friendly and efficient. Nothing to much trouble. Food excellent and plentiful. Would recommend to all.

Nice premier inn the rooms are on the smaller side but the team are friendly and the rooms clean. Great breakfast in the beefeater

Recently stayed at the hotel with my family, was greeted by Victoria and Sophie on reception when we arrived, who were very polite and friendly rooms were lovely and clean, will definitely be visiting again soon.

Stayed here for work, was here all week. When checked in the woman on the desk was so lovely and welcoming. Throughout my stay every morning everybody was so lovely and at breakfast. The room was okay, a little small but perfect for just me. Probably won’t be back as I was only here for work but I would recommend this Premier Inn, thanks for a great stay!
缺点——房间破旧，清洁度很差。墙上有鼻涕，浴室里有头发。墙壁破旧不堪，到处都是洞和痕迹。水压很弱，冷水温热，根本没法喝。房间里要是有个风扇就好了。啤酒花园里堆满了垃圾和无人收拾的玻璃杯。优点——前台/酒吧员工友好，床很舒服，窗户可以打开，位置便利。
我觉得这个地方看起来很破旧，而且有点脏。这对我们来说简直是一场噩梦，因为我们为家人预订了两间房，而且楼梯对她来说太难了。就连餐厅也很脏，需要好好打扫一下，这可不是我经历过的最好的体验。
