We were unable to stay. However when I called just an hour before check-in to cancel, Amber was very friendly and helpful and assisted me.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay while we were visiting from out of state. The staff are amazing! Seriously couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Older hotel. Pet friendly and the carpet looked that way. Elevators did not work but it's only a two story so no big deal. Not sure what the rest of the hotels look like in this area but would look at one of the others first, next time

Everything was very nice, we did have one incident where another customer grabbed our room key. We went to the front desk and everyone that was
Working that day/night/morning. Were so helpful and kind they fixed everything right away for us

We checked in at 8pm, 4 hours after check in started. The first room they gave us was not cleaned yet, the second room wasn’t done either, they had us wait in the hallway til they finished cleaning it. Only had 2 sets of towels but 3 of us were staying so we asked for more and the front desk said they didn’t have any towels available and they might not have any, had to wait over an hour for towels. A worker had their kid in the lobby watching a tablet loudly. There was still trash throughout the room and they were in a rush that they didn’t leave toiletries or toilet paper in the room.
The front desk was so focused on dressing up for Halloween than helping customers and housekeepers.

Amber worked at the front desk and when there was socks left from a previous person in the bed she swiftly came up to change the bedding, apologized a lot and created an account for me with points. She made it known to the cleaning crew. She helped us with the TV remote and settings. She was always friendly and helpful as we came in and out of hotel. The breakfast was great and the hotel was festive and decorated for our Halloweentown visit.
