Nice, clean hotel. Staff were nice. I was concerned because the side door was unlocked every time I saw it. Watch the water in the shower. Very irregular.

Had a very nice stay. Room was nicely clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Able to adjust fan speed and temperature in the room to be very comfortable and white noise level to be great sleeping. Breakfast had fantastic choices and was maintained beautifully. Kudos to the breakfast staff gal.

The property is relatively new. We're in our early 70's and were given a room on the 2nd floor with no elevator. I guess I need to be more careful making reservations. Best Western and no breakfast, not expected. Again, shame on me.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and quiet. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like they had a decent setup for that. Location was very convenient just off highway.

Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic and the young lady working there deserves kudos for working so hard. TV guide in the book in the room is wrong. TV guide on the tv was very hard to navigate.

Our room was on the second floor with no elevstor. The room had a smell and felt like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The hotel needs a complete refresh and i will never stay at a best western in the future. We were so disgusted we did not even try the breakfast. The price for this room was extremely expensive and motel 6 would be a better value than this hotel.
