Visited for one night to attend a funeral on 30th December 2025.Arrived a little early for check in but we were warmly greeted by Sarah who said the room was ready and we could leave our bags.On leaving to attend the funeral we asked Sarah if we could have extra coffee which she kindly put in our room for later. When we returned from the funeral we were very pleasantly greeted by Owen on reception who asked if we required anything . Both these members of staff deserve five stars for their attentiveness . We found the bedroom and bathroom to be very clean . The bedding and towels were spotless. Extra pillows provided. Jenna in the Beefeater restaurant was also very helpful . Unfortunately we had a problem with the evening meal which she sorted out and went above and beyond by going to the Reception in the Premier Inn to obtain us a refund on the meal also a free dessert . Owen dealt with this instantly .

Very uncomfortable bed, and the breakfast was Luke warm and not much food was out on the hot buffet. Disappointing stay also the car park is a walk from the hotel.
长周末期间预订了一间家庭房。夜班前台/服务员非常乐于助人，对此我非常满意。但房间的卫生状况糟透了。提供的额外枕头非常柔软，但却很脏，上面沾满了前一位住客的头发，我不得不自己更换枕套。房间里没有空调，但提供了一个同样肮脏的电风扇，上面布满了厚厚的灰尘，看起来根本吹不出风。我们把窗户开着，但早上迎面而来的却是粪肥的味道。第三天，我要求打扫房间，因为我以为房间是每天都会打扫的，但看来只有提出要求才会打扫。提出要求后，前台记下了我们的房间号，并告知会在上午10点后打扫。然而，当我们晚上回来时，房间除了换了毛巾（毛巾被扔在没有打扫过的马桶座上）之外，根本没有动过。不会再来了，这家分店本来很适合我们以后探亲时入住，但我们不会再来了。Beefeater餐厅的员工无可挑剔，但食物定价过高了。
应该是离宾利最近的酒店了，非常的方便
淋浴简直糟透了。水槽水龙头流出的水比淋浴喷头还多，而且水温也只是微温。地毯上有个洞。浴室瓷砖上挂着一根长长的黑发。我投诉后，他们承诺会清理掉，但什么也没发生。我要求折扣时，他们建议我通过电子邮件投诉。我发了四封邮件，等了一个月，仍然没有收到回复。
基本清洁度达不到标准。房间看起来很陈旧，到处都是脏兮兮的，没有用吸尘器打扫过。淋浴头堵塞了，长了霉点，水不是很热，油漆剥落，裂缝里有污垢，粘糊糊的痕迹，没有厕所刷。我感觉很脏，我把带的东西都洗了。谢天谢地，床还好。
总体来说，酒店干净整洁，价格实惠，员工友好，酒店只需要翻新一下，如果可能的话，可以安装一个电梯，Beefeater 餐厅是个很棒的用餐地点，尽管有这几个缺点，我还是会再次入住这家酒店。
我不相信良好的睡眠政策，我们在周日早上很早就被叫醒了，但对于 Premier Inn 来说，这是可以接受的，有时房间越便宜，体验就越差，我一定会记住这一点，因为我的预订远非一夜好眠或一次良好的体验
拥有 Premier Inn 的所有舒适设施，但房间更宽敞。但与众不同的是工作人员。为我们办理入住手续并向我们挥手告别的那位女士非常亲切，乐于助人。他们有一个很大的停车场和古老的农场池塘。位置很好，适合我们拜访 I. Crewe 一家人
现在就住在这里。网站上说“淋浴水压很大”。但几乎没有电。洗脸盆水龙头上有过滤器，所以也没有电。房间很破旧，非常陈旧。吹风机也很差。谢天谢地，只住了一晚。不要浪费你的钱
