My stay with you guys was nothing short than luxurious. The receptionist Shannon was attentive and memorable. She was so kind to my extremely mischievous children helping them with all their queries and questions. If we ever come back to Bristol we will definitely come back to this Premier Inn and hopefully encounter the lovely Shannon once again.

Stayed at this hotel a few times for business now, the team is very polite and I always receive a warm welcome, rooms are always spotless clean! It’s a bit on the old side but I don’t mind squeaky floor boards No Breakfast or restaurant but I knew that before booking, but spoil myself with a Starbucks which is just 5 steps away for delicious toasty, and parking is free, I will be back soon

在去参加婚礼的途中，我预订了一家 Premier Inn 酒店作为中途停留地，因为我们需要睡个好觉，还要带着一个 6 个月大的婴儿。我们到达时，房间温度高得可笑，只有 29°！根本没有办法让房间更凉爽，窗户只开了 3 英寸，而且没有风扇或空调。我们原本的计划是到达后睡一觉，然后在早上 8 点起床出发进行下半程旅程，但我们不得不离开酒店降温。几个小时后我们回来时，温度仍然是 29°。接待处给了我一台风扇，但是他们没有旅行婴儿床，所以我不得不侧身睡在床上，宝宝睡在床头板和我和我丈夫之间，而我和丈夫则睡在沙发上。天气太热，我们几乎没睡着，当然，我很担心宝宝会过热。凌晨 3 点，温度降到了 28°，早上 6 点降到了 27°。我们最终不得不在上午睡一觉，这样开车就安全了，这意味着我们直到中午才出发，堵车使我们的车程更长，也意味着我们错过了在婚礼上见到朋友的日子。真是太沮丧了。这是我经历过的最糟糕的一晚。房间真的需要更新空调。接待员很好，房间很干净。

我们预订了一间双床房，但酒店给我们安排了一间双人房，角落里有一张折叠床。那天晚上很闷热，但空调坏了，也没有风扇。浴室的锁坏了。我没费心去抱怨——我以前也试过，但那简直是浪费时间。酒店员工通常都很乐于助人，但他们周围的制度却不是。酒店千差万别，但我不会再去。
Premier Inn Filton 酒店看起来有些陈旧，需要翻新。房间只有基本的暖气，没有空调。淋浴没有热水。没有安全的停车场。停车场位于相邻的购物区。
酒店没有告诉我要登记我的车，所以我会通过邮寄的方式收到罚款，他们没有通知我，真是太糟糕了，没有标志，标志应该很大很醒目，这应该是接待处应该告诉你的第一件事
...与我和我丈夫住过的其他Premier Inns 相比。其余方面，英国最大连锁酒店的标准得到尊重：无可挑剔的清洁度、礼貌而高效的员工、合理的价格。早餐在邻近的“Brewers Fayre”餐厅供应，无需声名狼藉，也无需赞扬，必须单独付费。考虑到位置，我只推荐给有车的人。
