We spent a relaxing week in Sunrise #38. We loved the pool and the location! It was in the center of town and we didn’t need a car or golf cart. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Guanacaste Escape was easy to work with and very responsive. We booked this “Ocean View-Steps to the Sand” condo directly with them. We look forward to returning next year!

The service at sunrise apartment is bad. Inconsistency in communication, and lack of accommodation. Since our flight leaves at 5, we were promised we can check out at 1:30 by the manager we communicated with since making reservations. Today, a new manager refused to honor the promise, which was communicated in text that we screenshot for proof. He insisted we check out at 10:30.

Sunrise Condo #38 is amazing! We had the most perfect vacation there. The layout was perfect for our party of four. Everything was impeccably clean and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches in place; a coffee station, beach chairs, a portable cooler, tote bags and so much more. The location was terrific, as the pool was steps away from the elevator and the beach was literally right across the street. Blue Zone Experiences treated us like VIPs, as they responded to any question or request immediately, and then followed up to ensure we were fully accommodated. We will be returning to #38 again and again!

We stayed in unit #38 and could not have been happier. It was very clean and had everything you could need including shampoo, conditioner and soap. Kitchen was very well equipped. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very helpful also. We used Blue Zone for a catamaran trip and for airport transfers. They were very helpful. Pool and grounds were great and very clean. Loved it

No rental company should ever ask you to email them pictures of your driver's license and credit card. This is very unsafe! They claim that it was "to prevent scams". So I emailed them a picture of my license with my face, license number, and home address covered up and my name and DOB exposed. They said this was unacceptable and I could cancel my reservation. However, if they were truly trying to prevent scams, then this should be proof enough that my reservation was not a scam. Shame on them!! Do not trust these people with your personal information!

be careful with this company Blue Zone Experience , they do not respect the agreements concluded during reservations for sunrise condo Tamarindo and a few days before arrival they no longer want to respect the original agreement concluded with Olber. They lied to me by telling me that Olber still worked for them when it was a big lie he no longer works there. I am going to take legal action against them since they no longer want to respect the agreement confirmed by email when I made my reservation 10 months ago. They lied to me by telling me that Olber still worked for them when it was a big lie he no longer works there. I am going to take legal action against them since they no longer want to respect the agreement confirmed by email when I made my reservation 10 months ago. We stayed in apartment Sunrise #35 It was obvious the owner had recently upgraded. Newly painted walls and cabinets, which are all white, creating a crisp, clean look and feel. New tile backsplash. New style washer and dryer. Everything was in perfect working order, and no signs of wear and tear. Beach Chairs that were very sturdy. Definitely not the cheap ones. Great Views from the balcony The grounds are beautifully maintained. It is a gated community with 24/7 Guards at the gate, not that you feel it is needed, because my wife and I felt very safe anywhere we went in Tamarindo. 2.5 bathrooms was a huge bonus, with six adults staying in the same unit. Small grocery store just outside the gate or a supermarket just down the road less than 1/2 mile with everything you need. The fresh fish market beside the supermarket and the Tuna and Mahi Mahi were fantastic on the host-provided grill. My wife has been there three times with her girlfriends, and we are planning a trip there with the kids. The beach is right across the street, and where else can you get a 1-hour deep tissue massage for $45? The people are super friendly, and there is a park where you can buy from food trucks of all nationalities. I recommend this rental for anyone who wants to get away for some truly relaxing time away from home.
