作为一群成熟的女朋友，我们大约 7 年前住在 Epic 公寓，那里“很棒”哦，天哪，这次有什么不同😢入住时间延迟到 15.45（因为清洁工没有“签字”公寓。然后，当我们进入 Georgian 时，它看起来很“破旧”，没有餐具、玻璃杯，墙壁磨损。试着看电视。电视 Ariel 已经被撕破了，无法使用！联系了接待处，为了公平起见，他们马上派了一名维修工过来。无法修理，所以给我们提供了隔壁的换公寓。City Chic 比 Georgian 少 1 间卧室！看了一下，这是一个“轻微的改进”，至少电视可以正常工作，我们有一些厨房用具👍然而，它再次显示出需要注意的迹象。门把手周围很脏，油漆工作很差。休息室的长沙发准备“倾倒”很脏，我们都“摔倒”了它，所有的支撑/弹簧都没了。你可以看出这些公寓已经被大型聚会“毁掉”，这很遗憾，因为它们曾经很不错。我的建议是避开这些公寓，我们不会再使用它们，这很遗憾，因为靠近利物浦市中心的位置非常棒。😢

Extremely dirty place, nothings clean not even the table in the bedrooms. Sofa is broken and disgusting. Stairs is broken. Humid. No place to charge your phone in one of the bedrooms. Hard to find. In an alley way. Spider web all over. Sad……..

This apartment for the cost was absolutely perfect the location is very central to all.of liverpool and the price was amazing 2 bedrooms and 2 showers for all guests. Lost one star as decor is a little run down in places but for the size and location of this place it was perfect for a short city break.

The pillows are yellow, damp patches everywhere and no window restrictors on windows, sad state of a place really could be nice if the owners cared about it. All mattresses are stained and wallpaper peeling, just really run down and for the price you have to pay to stay id recommend staying anywhere else! :)

We stayed at the hideout …Quirky apartment … clean and all perfect for our family of 5 … Close to shops and restaurants… easy to find, easy to follow directions to get in …. We had a problem getting tv to work … messaged and they said they would send someone around … we went out to eat and when we got back the tv remote was gone … it never got brought back but it wasn’t a big deal as we were out most of the time

I stayed last month and the room was absolutely spotless I can say....... They responded within minutes with my questions on *********** and I can't say anything else. It's an awesome experience for me and for the whole family.

Good points- Check in process was smooth. Staff from the office were very friendly. Very quick to come and see us when we had no electric on arrival. Great location. The city chic was nice and spacious. Not so good points- Advised office staff that we were only given a toilet roll in one bathroom. Was told they would deliver more but this didn’t happen. Apartment has a lot of wear and tear. It felt clean enough but I would advise leaving socks on! Outside the front door on the first morning was a dead rat. Lovely. On the second morning there was loads of broken glass outside the front door. Carried my youngest down the road as there was so much. Very noisy at times from drinkers all night but central location so not surprised. However, the windows offer no sound protection at all. Would say for a young family or light sleepers then this is not a great place to be. We had a family above us on the first night. Fantastic we thought. No where near as noisy as young people partying all night. How wrong were we!!! By 4am we had really had enough of all the crashing around but they were only just getting started. The screaming and shouting began and at 5am the police arrived. So a very tired family for us but can’t really blame epic for that one. Shout out to the mixed group of young people on the 2nd September who made no noise at all in comparison!

The pictures for the Campbell street apartment look amazing, but the chic room we had, there was damage on some walls, the living room in 1 corner smelt like urine. The stair case to upstairs bedroom was very wobbly and the plugs were hanging off the wall. I’m the upstairs bedroom the single bed was completely broken, and felt like it had been snapped in half. It was clean, and it did the job for the evening, but there wasn’t even a kettle to have a brew in the morning, but coffee/tea/sugar and milk where there but no kettle. I have used epic apartments before and the 1st stay last year, was amazing but this time it was… ok and did the job.
