The rooms were older but clean. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We’d had a really rough journey and they went the extra mile to make us comfortable. Would absolutely recommend and stay there again.

Everything was great! The room was clean & comfy the bed was extra soft & padded, the blackout curtains worked great, even the shower and tub both worked beautifully. My only possible complaint was that I could hear EVERYTHING in the hallway from the loud clattering luggage carts to people talking, but that was most likely due to my room being right by the hallway door. Otherwise tho everything else was perfect!

I was happy where I stayed. Too many people in the pool. Lol. Not their fault though. But I really a great experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful

Clean room and food area, and overall hotel was well maintained and clean. The staff was polite, courteous and had great customer service. They were so welcoming and understood the mission of making our stay as wonderful as possible.

I liked everything about this hotel I have no complaints quite, near shopping area and restaurants, the pool and hot tub fabulous, clean, smells great, everything worked only thing is a walk in shower would be better don’t like tubes in hotels just a suggestion…… I will be back for another stay when I come to Columbus.
